  1. WI 243-4published at 37.2 overs

Darren Bravo has swapped his helmet for a cap to face Adil Rashid, which means he has single-handedly won this match for West Indies.

It just looks so, so much cooler.

I've never seen a celebration quite like that from Chris Gayle. He sunk to his knees, facing the players' pavilion, then, holding his bat up by the base, he put his helmet on top of the handle, brandishing it all around the ground, like a gladiator.

    Run-rate 6.54

Darren Bravo works a full Woakes delivery away for four, but that's all West Indies can really work from the Warwickshire man's latest over.

    Gayle 101, Bravo 6

...oh, and Bravo is off the mark with a six!

A simple pick-up and slog from Bravo, hoicking Rashid into the crowd and almost taking out a gentleman on a jet-ski.

Why wasn't Adil Rashid bowling earlier?

Nicholas Pooran goes for a huge heave and ends up flicking the ball up into the air and straight into the hands of Jason Roy out in the deep.

Chris Gayle, incidentally, reached his 50 from 76 balls.

He reached his century from exactly 100 deliveries. Motoring.

  10. 'Gayle has done it his way'published at 17:48 Greenwich Mean Time 20 February 2019

    Simon Mann

Gayle has done it his own way. Lots of early blocking paved the way for some outrageous hitting later on. Roy's dropped catch on nine is proving more costly with every six that is launched over the rope.

  11. WI 229-3published at 35 overs

Nicholas Pooran has come out to join Chris Gayle.

That's a cracking over from Chris Woakes, though, costing just two runs.

    Hetmyer c Roy b Woakes 20 (WI 229-3)

Good news: Jason Roy has taken a catch!

Bad news: it wasn't off Chris Gayle!

Shimron Hetymer tries to go down the ground and instead ends up larruping the ball to mid-off, where Roy takes a straightforward low catch by his boots.

100 for Gaylepublished at 34.2 overs

    And there it is!

Chris Gayle drops to his knees, a huge smile on his face, as he cuts an easy single away through point. He throws his helmet into the air and raises his bat to the ground.

  14. WI 228-2published at 34.1 overs

Chris Woakes will continue, and Shimron Hetymer works a single off his first delivery.

  15. WI 227-2published at 34 overs

    Gayle 99, Hetmyer 19

Three figures will have to wait for Chris Gayle.

Adil Rashid ends the over with a googly, and Gayle can only block it with his bat.

  16. WI 226-2published at 33.5 overs

A leisurely single takes Chris Gayle to 99.

Oop, and Hetmyer takes another to bring Gayle on strike...

  17. WI 225-2published at 33.3 overs

And that'll be four to Chris Gayle.

It's a googly from Rashid but Gayle picks it, getting down on one knee and smothering the ball past a diving Moeen at short fine leg and away to the boundary.

    That takes Gayle to 98.

    Someone has found Adil Rashid!

He's on to bowl to Chris Gayle.
