    That's a no-ball - and a six to boot!

This is a horrible delivery from Mark Wood, completely losing his grip, and a head-height ball is clubbed down the ground by Chris Gayle.

    Stokes 6-0-28-1

Ben Stokes welcomes Shimron Hetmyer to the crease with a friendly short ball that is instantly called a wide.

And Hetmyer's response is to give himself some room and smash an awkward-looking four over Stokes' head and down to the long-off boundary.

Shimron Hetmyer is the new man at the crease.

    Gone!

That's a well-deserved wicket for Ben Stokes, who has mixed up his pace admirably. It's short and Shai Hope's eyes light up, but he makes a mess of his little flick shot and ends up sending a top edge spiraling down towards third man. Adil Rashid darts around, steadies himself, and takes an excellent grab right in front of the boundary rope.

    Shot!

Delicious from Shai Hope, drilling an overpitched Ben Stokes delivery back down the ground for a one-bounce four.

I'd play Archer over Wood, and Tom Curran over Plunkett. Archer is a specialist and Curran is in better form than Plunkett.

    Run rate 5.68

An ungainly heave from Chris Gayle, down on one knee, brings Shai Hope on strike.

Wood bangs a short ball in but Hope does well to get underneath it and roll his wrists on a pull shot, controlling the ball down and away through backward square for four.

    Close!

Shai Hope flicks Mark Wood's first ball off his hips and he hustles the ball just wide of a diving Moeen Ali at short mid-wicket.

Unsurprisingly, Liam Plunkett has been taken out of the attack, and Mark Wood is coming back in.

    Still no Adil Rashid.

We've had 27 overs and no Adil Rashid. It feels like Morgan's holding him back - but perhaps he's concerned that he may get smacked around even more than the others. But he's the man who can get wickets in the middle of innings.

    Gayle 68, Hope 54

Chris Gayle tries to hoick a short Stokes delivery out of the ground, but he somehow manages to bottom-edge the ball just past his stumps.

Stokes looks agonised, but he follows it up with a slower delivery that Gayle can only pat away from his toes. This is a much better over after the last one, costing just two runs.

    Ben Stokes has changed ends.

He's replacing Moeen, who has been whacked around for 50 runs from his eight overs.

  18. WI 154-1published at 27 overs

There's an audible sigh from the crowd as Liam Plunkett goes fuller, and Chris Gayle can only push a single away through cover.

Jason Roy then pulls off a terrific diving grab to stop Shai Hope sneaking a few extra runs through mid-wicket.

Still. Just the 15 runs from the over.

Wow. Those sixes from Gayle off Plunkett flew over the Greenidge and Haynes stand, halfway into the Caribbean Sea.

    New ball number four, please...

Just the casual 121m six from Chris Gayle, there. This is a good day to be a cricket ball manufacturer.
