What is the record for the least wickets in a day the day after 20 wickets have fallen? It might happen tomorrow.
Ireland, in response, had their own collapse, slipping from 132-2 to 149-7, but England's collapse meant it paled in comparison.
Here's the scorecard...
And it only got worse for England. Ten days after they were crowd World Cup winners, they folded in a heap to 85 all out. They didn't even make it to lunch.

What Tim Murtagh did so well was prey on that lack of uncertainty in the England batsmen's games.
I can't see the batsmen leaving the ball very often. It was tentative batting.
A reminder that England *won* the toss and *chose* to bat first. There was a bit of movement but nothing extravagant, and Tim Murtagh is a master of his craft.

Well then.
Just the 20 wickets to fall today.

An amazing day. One you couldn't possibly have predicted.
And that is your lot for the day.
England will resume tomorrow on 0-0, trailing by 122 runs. What a day.
Solidly plonked away by Jack Leach.
Final ball of the day coming up.
A solid forward defensive from Jack Leach, and he gets the biggest cheer of the day as a result.
Another probing delivery from Tim Murtagh swings past Jack Leach's outside edge.
Two balls left...
Jack Leach gets a delivery that tickles off his pads and, needlessly, signals to Rory Burns that he won't be taking a single.
Burns hasn't moved an inch...
