Stark contrast in the crowd atmosphere as Aaron Finch crunched the first of those back-to-back fours to the fence.
None of the loud noise that greeted virtually every run in the Afghanistan innings, more a stunned silence at the start of this Australia chase.

There was an attempt to get a boo going for David Warner, but thankfully nobody really joined in.
Based on that first over Australia want this done quickly.
And again!
Aerial this time but it flies over mid-off and races to the boundary.
David Warner also gets off the mark first ball with a nudge to the on side.
Oh that is glorious from Aaron Finch!
A beautiful cover drive races to the boundary.
Mujeeb Ur Rahman is going to get us started.
Aaron Finch flicks the first ball to deep square leg to get off the mark.
Thanks Tom.
Are Australia going to make hard work of this? Or are they going to cruise to the 208 they need to get off to a winning start?
The odds are against them, but Afghanistan possess some talented spinners and if they can grab some early wickets you never know.
As Aaron Finch and David Warner stride out into the middle it is time for me to take a break.
I will leave you in the safe hands of Callum Matthews.

Adrian Murray: Despite a poor start - and I've been watching them for a while - people should keep an eye on Afghanistan. They might cause an upset this tournament.

Plenty of entertainment going on around the ground here during the game today, including this Antipodian-themed trio.
If I told you they were doing a rendition of a song about that part of the world made famous in the 1980s that mentions a man who was 10 foot tall, full of muscles - would that be enough of a clue?
Personally I’m a big fan of the guy on the left with his percussion stick, complete with colourful kangaroo (or is that a wallaby?).
Here, ladies and gentlemen, are the highlights of New Zealand's crushing 10-wicket victory over Sri Lanka.
Can the Black Caps go one better this year?

The short bowling seems to be a standard thing in this World Cup now.
There have been so many skiers so far, you can see why sides keep practising catching them.
Have you picked your World Cup semi-finalists yet? You can do so here, then make sure you share it with friends.
So far, you think England, India, Australia... and West Indies will make it to the final four.

A case of what could have been there for Afghanistan in that innings.
Full of plenty of crash-bang-whallop at times that brought the crowd to its feet but also lots of naive shot selection when partnerships were threatening to dominate.
Ultimately, they have been bowled out with 12 overs still in the bank.
Another 40-50 runs for their trio of spinners to defend may well have made it a very tricky chase for Australia in the evening.
But, we’ve seen glimpses of the potential Afghanistan possess as well as maybe some of the limitation Australia’s bowling attack has.
It was one big shot too many though for Najibullah Zadran, who top-edged a Marcus Stoinis delivery into the air and Alex Carey took the catch.
But Afghanistan were not going down quietly.
Najibullah Zadran hit a spirited 51 from just 49 balls featuring some huge shots, dispatching Australia all over the ground. Rashid Khan also hit 27 from just 11 deliveries.
