  1. Pak 154-5published at 38 overs

    Good over for Pakistan.

They take four singles off the first five balls before a poor delivery from Gulbadin Naib is helped to the fine-leg boundary by Mohammad Sarfaraz.

How is Imad Wasim not out? He's a walking wicket out there.

  5. Pak 146-5published at 37 overs

How has Rashid Khan not taken the wicket of Imad Wasim in that over?

There's a HUGE appeal for lbw but Paul Wilson shakes his head. Replays show it's as plumb as can be. Horror of a decision.

There's a second huge appeal but a thin inside edge saves Wasim.

    This is getting tasty.

The win predictor is 52-48 in Afghanistan's favour!

Half an hour ago it was 85-15 to Pakistan. Quite a shift.

Venkatraman: Bring in both mid-on and mid-off. Crowd out the batsmen with a close-in cordon. Choke the singles. Make them hit over the top. Take every possible gamble, but with spin being at the core and crux of each of them! All the best, Afghanistan!

  8. Pak 144-5published at 36 overs

Mohammad's Nabi final over costs just two. He finishes with excellent figures of 2-23 and that's the most economical 10 overs of the World Cup so far.

The squeeze is well and truly on.

I’m stood above the Afghanistan fans and they might have appealed louder than Rashid for that. Pakistan do have quite a long tail, you know...

Oooh it was umpires call on height so it would have been out still.

Good call by Paul Wilson in the end.

It was quicker, and fuller as well. An excellent delivery!

Looks a bit leg stump. That could be a huge moment!

Haris lbw b Rashid Khan 27 (Pak 142-5)

    HELLO!

This looks tight to me, Tom and every one else on the cricket desk.

Haris Sohail is pinned on the crease by a quicker delivery by the returning Rashid Khan and after a loud enthusiastic appeal it's given by Paul Wilson. It looked like it might be too high and only just catching leg stump.

Pakistan don't have a review after Fakhar Zaman used it second ball.

Pakistan are behind the required rate as it stands. They are in blue here.

After 34 overs Afghanistan had 159-5 - Pakistan were 141-4...

Both of this pair have had lives now.

Haris Sohail was reprieved when Nigel Llong missed a thin nick down the leg side and Afghanistan had already burned their review.

Sarfaraz Ahmed was dropped by Shinwari in his follow through on two.

How important are these going to be?

  15. Pak 140-4published at 34 overs

    Haris 27, Sarfaraz 9

Pakistan help themselves to five singles from Nabi's latest over.

The last boundary was six overs ago.

The required run-rate is rising. It's up to 5.47.

Pakistan help themselves to three singles.

They need 96 more off 108 balls.

One bloke with an Afghanistan flag has just gone tearing up and down the stairs in the Western Terrace. The small pocket of fans at the top of the stand are delighted. They couldn’t, could they?
