The magic spray is out. That'll save him.
The Bangladesh players have all come in to check whether Sarfaraz is OK.
If Sarfaraz is badly injured then who will keep wicket later?!
Shaheen takes 6-35 as Bangladesh bowled out for 221 - Pakistan win by 94 runs
Shakib scores 64 - he finishes World Cup with two hundreds & five fifties from eight innings
New Zealand confirmed in last four - Pakistan needed to beat Bangladesh by at least 308 runs
Pakistan score 315-9 - Imam-ul-Haq makes 100, Babar 96; Mustafizur takes 5-75

That's got to hurt, I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often. Batsmen take their helmets off when the spinners are on, it's another reason to keep it on.
The physio is on and is twisting, prodding and poking at the elbow. Sarfaraz is on his knees doubled over in pain.
This looks nasty for Pakistan skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed. He hasn't even faced a ball yet but Imad Wasim has hammered back at him at the non-striker's end and it has hit him on the elbow.
Six overs to go.
Pakistan are looking at a score of around 300.

Good catch, had to run in a long way. Bangladesh supporters are dancing in the aisles, the flags are being waved. Terrific noise.

Bangladesh supporters celebrating that wicket as though it has won them the World Cup itself.
Haris c Soumya b Mustafizur 6 (Pak 255-5)
You can really hear the support now!
Bangladesh get another wicket and they're doing a very good job of dragging Pakistan back.
Mustafizur mixes it up some more and Haris Sohail can't full connect. He chips to deep cover.
There's a totally different feel to Lord's today, compared to a normal Test match day. Pakistan don't have all of the support their way.
There are plenty backing Bangladesh too with the ground pretty much full.
Mustafizur is applauded for firing in a couple of yorkers.

You know how many they are going to get don't you? 316!

Haris Sohail is a good player, an aggressor.
Mustafizur Rahman runs in to start his seventh over but is biffed excellently to the extra cover boundary by Haris Sohail first up.
"Pakistan! Zindabad!" is the chant.

On another day you'd be delighted with 248 after 43 overs. They didn't really have any hope today, it's just about beating Bangladesh now.
Haris 1, Imad 0
Wales' finest Imad Wasim joins Haris in the middle but can't get either of his first two balls away. Mehedi Hasan finishes with 1-30 from his 10 overs.

I remember at primary school we bowled a team out for 10.

Hafeez is a good player of spin but you feel Pakistan's slim hopes may be over before they have the ball in hand.
Hafeez c Shakib b Mehedi 27 (Pak 248-4)
Another one gone! Mohammad Hafeez puts a full toss down deep-square-leg's throat. Pakistan's hopes might be over before they even start bowling here. 316 looks a long way off.

I saw Brian Lara hit his wicket and was not given out.
Haris Sohail is the new batsman.

It was Imam's seventh ODI hundred and it came from 99 balls.
