A little bit of turn for Mehedi and one single from the final ball will not encourage the Pakistan supporters. This is the fourth match of the tournament at Lord's and Pakistan's 308 against South Africa is the highest total to date.
Elvis in a supermarket would probably appear routine compared to Pakistan qualifying today wouldn't it? Can you think of any other sporting miracles that would be comparable? Imam collects his first boundary, however, a deft leg glance. The outfield, as always here, absolutely perfect.

Lee Jamieson: Just seen Elvis in my local supermarket.
Risky singles already, but they have got to go for it haven't they? The throw misses the stumps and Imam survives but he would have been out had it hit.

It is going to be one of the loudest days in Lord's history today.
Pkn won toss
Mehedi, in the same lime green coloured boots as the batsmen, continues from the Pavilion End and Fakhar attempts the first extravagant shot, skipping down the wicket and launching at a drive. It comes off a thick edge but evades the fielders and allows him two.

The biggest ever win in an ODI is 290 runs. 275 runs is the biggest in a World Cup game. Records will need to be smashed.
Saifuddin from the Nursery End, where the boundaries square of the wicket are 62 and 58 metres and Fakhar finds the square cover rope with a neat cut. How many more boundaries will we see today?
Where is the guy on the white horse? Is he still parking it on the St John's Wood Road?
Pkn won toss
Just the single from the over then, but I guess "He who would learn to fly one day must first learn to walk and run and climb and dance."
Spin to start with and a slip in place, Mehedi to Fakhar and the first ball has been blocked!

The atmosphere here is going to be electric.
Bangladesh's gentle, rhythmic 'Amar Sonar Bangla' was penned by Rabindranath Tagore, who also wrote the Indian anthem 'Jana Gana Mana'. Here come the Tigers, in red shirts and green trousers, while the Pakistan openers all in green are whirling their arms, so the intent is there.

Mohammed Junaid: If there is any team in the world that can pull of this miracle.. it is PAKISTAN
Harry Cunningham: I have a feeling that not only are Pakistan not going to get their required run rate, but that Bangladesh are going to win... there, I've stuck my neck out.
The teams have lined up opposite the famous old pavilion, the majority of the members have yet to arrive it appears, but we are ready for the anthems.

Faisal Ahmed: Yessss!! This is going to be an interesting game to watch. 500 runs or all out for 100...
Phil Critchley: For the sake of the game (and for the sake of argument!) if you were the Bangladesh captain and won the toss, would you have allowed Pakistan to bat first? I wouldn't want my tournament to be ended by a coin toss.
Iljas Najib: There’s more chance of me finding Elvis alive today than there is of Pakistan going through to the semi finals.

Fantastic atmosphere around Lord's before start of play with crowds flooding in for this one and maybe, just maybe the chance to witness an incredible day if Pakistan pull off the impossible and reach the semi-finals.
Plenty of bright green shirts among the Bangladesh and Pakistan fans in the streets around St John's Wood.
Inside the ground - a superb display of drumming and dancing on the Nursery Ground from both sets of spectators (and the now mandatory stuffed tiger toys) that had plenty of people stopping to either take pictures or join in!
Sun's out and there's a party feel for sure - let's hope the action on the pitch matches it.
Two changes for Bangladesh, who bring in Mahmudullah and Mehidy Hasan in place of Sabbir Rahman and Rubel Hossain, while Pakistan retain the team that beat Afghanistan in the final over at Headingley.
