    Can New Zealand take advantage?

Ash Gardner is brought into the attack and is immediately pumped into the stands by Sophie Devine.

    Fetch.

Perry makes her way off the field. Surely she won't bowl again in this match after that. It doesn't look good for the rest of the tournament if Australia win today to progress.

    Big moment.

There's real concern here. She can barely put any weight on her right leg.

But what has happened here?! Australia's star all-rounder Ellyse Perry looks close to tears after a piece of fielding. I'm no doctor but it looks like her hamstring has gone.

  6. NZ 64-2published at 11 overs

    Target 156

Green gets one that keeps incredibly low after that six and unsurprisingly can't get the ball away. It didn't get more than a few inches off the ground.

Uneven bounce is the last thing New Zealand need.

That's a big shot from Maddy Green, and that was her strength in the WBBL, hitting straight.

It's acceleration time for New Zealand... or curtains!

  12. NZ 55-2published at 10 overs

Need 101 runs from 60 balls

You can see the pressure on Maddy Green. She has faced six deliveries and is yet to score.

Surely someone is going to have to have a swing? New Zealand are out if they lose.

  13. NZ 54-2published at 9.3 overs

There have been seven dots in a row now. New Zealand are going nowhere.

  14. NZ 54-2published at 9 overs

    Target 156

Just one from Carey's excellent over. That required rate is now to a tricky 9.27.

New Zealand need 102 from 66 balls to win and reach the semi-finals.

  15. NZ 54-2published at 8.4 overs

The home crowd applauds as Nic Carey backs up Wareham with a few more dots. Maddy Green can't get off the mark.

  16. NZ 54-2published at 8.3 overs

This has surely swung back to Australia now. New Zealand were just edging ahead with their experienced duo going well.

Wareham was mobbed by her team-mates when the replay was shown on the big screen.

    Bates lbw b Wareham 14 (NZ 53-2)

A big, big wicket and an excellent review. The ball-tracking shows the ball would have gone on to hit a decent amount of middle stump.

It didn't look right at first but Bates was very deep in her crease and that's what cost her.
