Mike Bell: Saturday of the Test match. Surely we're having a 'best fancy dress at home' contest? I'm too shy to try, but I've every faith in others. Bring it on!

This Test is a real battle of the two best all-rounders in Test cricket.
Gabriel continues and this pitch does look batter-friendly. Lots of encouragement from the West Indies fielders but there isn't much movement from the ball. England have an opportunity to get back into this game.
Maiden over.

With Holder dismissing Stokes and Stokes then dismissing Holder, it was only the 12th time both captains have dismissed each other in a match and only the third time it has happened in both first innings.
Roach aiming for the stumps and is easily worked into the leg side by both Burns and Sibley as England pick up five runs from the over.
Going back to that Burns dismissal in the first innings, how good have West Indies been at using their reviews this Test? Could have been a completely different story without DRS.

The rough isn't at all there. If England are to win this game they'd like Burns and Stokes to bat a long time so Gabriel makes some rough around the wicket for Dom Bess.

The big man Shannon Gabriel, looking to add to his four wickets from England's first innings, steams in round the wicket to Rory Burns.
He goes short and targets the body of the England opener. A good bit of bounce.
Gabriel proved to be Burns' downfall in the first innings...

Burns 10, Sibley 6
There's the first run of the day with a dab to mid-on for a quick single.
Dom Sibley looking slightly more confident playing the leave shot in that Roach over. He won't want a repeat of the first innings.

It is a big day for Alzarri Joseph. He was a bit off the boil in the first innings.
I messaged him and told him he doesn't usually start a series quickly but he can come to the boil in the second innings.
With a long day today West Indies don't need a big workload for the three big quicks.
Kemar Roach to Sibley, the England opener shoulders his arms and we're off with a dot ball. We're off and running.
Burns and Sibley did well to dig in yesterday evening and see off 10 overs of the new ball.

Superb Saturday in store at sunny Southampton. By my reckoning, if England are bowled out before tea, they lose. If they are bowled out late tonight or first thing tomorrow, we've got a good game on our hands. If they can get into a position where they bat for an hour in the morning, then they can put the Windies under pressure.
BBC Weather's Susan Powell: "We have lighter winds and those puffs of cloud are all we will see today.
"Tomorrow will be another cracking day too."
Jerusalem belting out. West Indies in a huddle. Dom Sibley and Rory Burns strolling to the middle. Just a couple more minutes until the start of play.
Dom Bess was pretty impressive yesterday, right?
Tuffers thought so too.
England spinner Dominic Bess on TMS: "We have to bat the whole of today and put ourselves in a good position. The first thing is to get past their lead so they have to come out and bat.
"We also know how quickly the game can speed up. You look at Cape Town and how quickly we took wickets. If it is spinning as well it come into our favour."
How big a lead do England need? "We have to get past them. 250 depending on the time left."

I didn't get in the shower until after 10 and I'm still early for work.

I can see England getting out of it but it will take 98 overs definitely today with the bat.
Scoring won't be particularly quick today. England will have to work hard for the runs.
I would love to see Shannon Gabriel coming in with the second new ball with England only four down.
