All results are possible.
Smashed! Cut away, cut away for four by Ben Stokes.
It isn't hard to split this field with every man on the boundary but he has managed it.

England have just got to go for it. They need 60 or 70 as quick as possible.
Stokes has a proper swipe at the first ball, a sign of England's plan this morning. He nails it out into the deep for a single.

It could be a blistering session.
Carlos Brathwaite
West Indies all-rounder on BBC Test Match Special
It all hinges on this first session with the ball and how West Indies start with the bat.
They need some real graft today from the batting unit. They've not done it enough in the recent past, but I know what they're capable of. It could be a day for one or two of them to put their name in the headlights as a Test cricketer.

Kemar Roach will start things off with this pretty new ball.
Ben Stokes is on strike. Who better with England needing quick runs?
Michael Vaughan
Ex-England captain on BBC Test Match Special
The chase in Southampton was relatively straightforward for West Indies, and they did it at Headingley in 2017.
All set?
The floodlights are on. Jerusalem is playing.
I'm excited for this.

There are 98 overs to be bowled in the day. Taking off two for the change of innings, that leaves 96. I reckon England will bat for between nine and 11 this morning, then declare regardless of how many runs they have. The declaration might come sooner if they really fly, but remember they are facing a new ball and the Windies can put fielders wherever they like.
Tune.
The bell has just been rung at Old Trafford. Play will get under way on time.

The speakers of the public address system are in every corner of Old Trafford, including right outside the window of my hotel room. The DJ has been pumping out My Number by Foals. It's going to be a good day.
England bowler Chris Woakes on TMS: "First thing this morning we have a job to do with the bat. We want to try and force a win but we have a real job to do with the bat. We saw last night it wasn't easy to score at a quick rate. We have to find a way to try and get 60 or 70 more runs.
"Ideally we want two new balls, at least a few overs with the new ball. That is the ideal but we have to do a job first."
Michael Vaughan
Ex-England captain on BBC Test Match Special
I still think there will be enough time for England to force the victory. Yesterday West Indies got a couple of balls you couldn't do anything about.
We are in for a fascinating first hour. How long will England bat?
It will take some walloping this morning to get to a lead of 280.

Martin Stockley: We don’t count drizzle as real rain up here in Manchester, so start on time then...
BBC Weather Alina Jenkins: "There are some showers very close by this morning. As the day goes on that cloud will thin and break.
"You would be unlucky to get a shower."
Chris Woakes was a little more tentative this morning.
He told Sky Sports: "In ideal world we would have two [new balls]. That comes down to how well we bat this morning.
"We have played a lot of good cricket. We don't want to just throw it away."
I wouldn't count on England scoring much more than 60 this morning in 10 overs against this West Indies attack.
If England did declare then it'd leave the tourists needing 280-ish from 85 overs. Too generous?
Stuart Broad gave a hint at what England are planning when he spoke to the media last night.
He stressed the importance of having the chance to use two new balls when they try to bowl West Indies out.
With the second new ball available after 80 overs, that'd mean England want to give themselves more overs than that to bowl.
There are 98 overs in total today and you lose two for the change of innings. It sounds like Broad wants to bat for around 10 overs this morning and then declare.
