That ball has gone soft. You can tell by Ben Stokes' expression - there's no kick or zip off the pitch.

Stokes bangs away with more bouncers but Jason Holder doesn't look interested. Surely Holder won't smashes one to a fielder in the deep in this situation?
Stokes pushes one a little further up and Holder has all of the time in the world to clip two more. Stokes looks disgusted as he wanders away.

Realistically, when the new ball comes around, you want to be getting two wickets with it. You might fancy that more than three.
Here we go then. Joe Root turns back to Ben Stokes. Can he do it again?
Minimum 24 overs remaining
Bess has a slip, silly point and a short leg but he fires a ball hits Roach on the boot down the leg side. Not ideal from your spinner. Roach plays the over relatively comfortably.
Another over ticks by.

Dom Bess is coming on. Can he silence the doubters by spinning England to victory?
25 overs remaining
Curran has a good stare when he runs in. He looks like he's going to bowl with all of his might with his face scrunched up.
The left-armer keeps Holder off strike for the next over.

David Wallace: It's an easy tactic now, isn't it? - Stokes on - hat trick - thank you and good night!
Never seen it...

The two headband players, Stuart Broad and Sam Curran, looks like Karate Kid and his master.
Holder 17, Roach 0
They're not the stats England fans were hoping for. Roach blocks Broad out again. Two maidens in a row.

Since December 2017, Kemar Roach averages 21 with the bat.
Stuart Broad goes for the stump-splattering yorker to Roach. The West Indies bowler comes forward and defends.
England need three wickets
I'm sorry but Sam Curran's is a mess. He's wearing a headband but hasn't got his fringe behind it so it isn't really doing it's job.
Still, if he takes wickets like this do you really care?

If they had thrown at Roach's end, he would have bene miles out. Holder's a tall man so he has a longer stretch.

It wasn't the best throw from Rory Burns. He was just off balance and didn't get much oomph. Had Burns thrown to Kemar Roach's end there might have been even more trouble.
There's another mix-up at the end of the over with Holder setting off for a run that wasn't there.
Jason Holder's long limbs have got him home.

That was a very risky second run. I think it's OK - there's not much excitement from England.
