Yasir is on strike and he can be dangerous. He has some shots in his locker.

John: In all likelihood England will be all out for less than 150 today. Fielding cost us 100 runs in Pakistan first innings. Specialist keeper is the main difference between teams.
The sun is beating down as Yasir Shah takes his guard in the middle. He's the main threat to England this morning.
It's going to be Jofra Archer starting with the ball.
BBC weather presenter Aleena Jenkins speaking to Test Match Special: "The thing today is how much cloud will come over. For a time this afternoon it might do a bit. But it's going to stay dry with a light northerly breeze. Very pleasant cricket weather.
We'll be focusing on the Test today but it's also the first day in the next round of matches in the Bob Willis Trophy.
You can follow those county games, including a Yorkshire return for Jonny Bairstow, here.
We'll find out very shortly. It's almost time.

I'd open the bowling with Chris Woakes and Stuart Broad this morning. They were the best two from yesterday.

I think 15 or 20 more runs will be crucial for Pakistan and add that scoreboard pressure. The pitch is doing so much for the seamers and with the weather as it is today we might see reverse swing. And then they have the two leg-spinners too.
An interesting move. Would England call Robinson up if he wasn't going to play in the second Test?
Some news from the bio-bubble for you - seamer Ollie Robinson has been withdrawn from Sussex’s squad for their Bob Willis Trophy match against Kent starting today at Canterbury.
He will join the bubble at the Ageas Bowl as part of England’s behind closed doors training group ahead of the second Test against Pakistan on Monday. A first Test cap in the offing?

Charlie Rhodes: I don’t care how sunny it is outside today, if you aren’t watching the cricket from behind your sofa then you’ve made the wrong life choice!
Michael Blakey: First 10 overs will be crucial. If they can get through that with only 1 down, England have chance. Stokes and Root are key.

It's a very dry, very cracked pitch. Wasim Akram said it reminds him of home. It's going to be a real challenge for England but who knows? It takes a couple of people to step up.
"Anything below 260" says Joe Root.
Agree?
England only made 219 in the first innings and this pitch is only going to get worse.
England captain Joe Root, speaking to Sky Sports: "We've been in similar situations before, and played in similar conditions, and chased scores down and we have to believe we can do it. That fighting spirit we showed yesterday is what we need. We think we can chase anything below 260."
Here are those records Chris Woakes mentions. England would already have to make the second-highest successful chase on this ground.
Unsurprisingly, the England camp are talking up their chances.
This is what Chris Woakes had to say last night:
"You will here a lot about records and run-chases, but they are there to be broken.
"You look at those wins - those are the sort where we were written off.
"We've definitely got the ability. It's obviously going to be difficult, but we have got the players that can do it."

Testing day in the Bubble, but even having someone paint a miniature masterpiece inside my nostril and the following fit of sneezing can't detract from what should be a belting day. Jos Buttler has been having a long chat with keeping coach Bruce French, Jofra Archer has been bowling some leg-spin and Shaheen Afridi is loosening up with some inswinging rockets. Strap in.
