Northants 67 v Somerset 166 & 217-9
Jamie Overton is smacking Northants all over the place.
A couple of sixes takes the lead way beyond 300 and Overton on to 66.
It's a first-class best for the Surrey-bound paceman.
du Plooy c Swindells b Klein 55 (Leicestershire 199 v Derbys 211-3)
Gone! A much needed breakthrough for Leicestershire.
Leus du Plooy goes for 55 after feathering one to the keeper.
Derbyshire's first innings lead has now risen to 12, with seven wickets remaining.
The oldest cricketers on the first-class circuit
Dan Whitehouse: Opening oldest first-class cricketers internationally, isn't Wasim Jaffer still scoring a ridiculously large amount of runs in the Ranji Trophy?
He is! Jaffer struck a 149-ball 57 in February 2020, his last game in the Ranji Trophy before lockdown. But at 42 years and 175 days, he's still younger than Darren Stevens.
Northants 67 v Somerset 166 & 196-9
Jamie Overton joins his twin brother Craig in bringing up his half-century.
It's come at a rapid pace like his sibling's... 33 balls including seven fours and two sixes.
Clarke run out Thompson 35 (Nottinghamshire 115-4 v Yorks 264)
What a game Jordan Thompson's having.
After 98 with the bat, he's now run out Joe Clarke with a direct hit.
Steven Mullaney called for single on the offside, but the rapid Jordan Thompson covers it and takes out the stumps of non-striker Clarke from side-on.
Nottinghamshire in trouble straight after lunch

Some breaking news to bring you... England all-rounder Ben Stokes will miss the remainder of the Test series against Pakistan for family reasons.
Stokes will leave the UK later this week and travel to New Zealand.
He will miss England's final two Test matches against Pakistan at the Ageas Bowl starting on Thursday, August 13 and Friday, August 21.
There will be more on the BBC Sport website and app shortly.
Okay then, we're just about ready for the afternoon session on day two.
Plenty of twists and turns to come I'm sure...
Essex 262 v Surrey 36-3 - lunch
Nick Gledhill
BBC Essex
Some fine strokes from Will Jacks steadied Surrey after Jamie Porter’s excellent new ball spell but Simon Harmer’s dismissal of Mark Stoneman on the stroke of lunch has put Essex on top.
Bowling with consistent accuracy Porter removed Ryan Patel at the end of his first over and Scott Borthwick at the start of his second. Though his wicket haul was slightly down last season on this form he can stay in England contention for the post Anderson / Broad era.
Harmer then came on as first change and caused left hander Stoneman Immediate problems on a dry Chelmsford pitch offering turn and bounce. It was no surprise when he edged to slip. Surrey will need to find a method against Harmer this afternoon to avoid a significant first innings deficit.
Durham 180 v Lancs 102-3 - lunch
Martin Emmerson
BBC Newcastle
It may just be a figment of my imagination but I do believe Gareth Harte has a canny knack of breaking established partnerships.
And he has done it again today with the final over before lunch bringing about the downfall of the Lancashire skipper Dane Vilas for 32.
With his third ball Harte got him to edge one to Sean Dickson at first slip. The plan was also helped by the fact keeper Ned Eckersley was standing up to the stumps to keep Vilas in his crease.
A couple of overs earlier he survived a huge shout for lbw from Chris Rushworth, which I can only think wasn't given because of the huge stride he made in trying to play the ball. Looking at the replays that has to be it.
He and Josh Bohannon both survived big appeals before the break, with umpire Neil Pratt deciding they were not out. Their partnership was on 56 when Vilas was eventually out. Bohannon will resume after lunch on 22.
Northants 67 v Somerset 166 & 175-8 - lunch
Anthony Gibson
BBC Somerset
160 for 7 - that was this morning’s tally as Somerset’s batsmen embarked successfully on a policy of calculated aggression on a pitch which is still offering plenty of help for the quicker bowlers.
Craig Overton, so incisive with the ball yesterday, led the way with a brutal 53 off 30 deliveries, before brother Jamie picked up the baton with an undefeated contribution of 32 which was as intelligent as it was forceful.
Is the pitch flattening out?Well maybe slightly, but a Somerset lead of 274 already looks more than adequate.
With the players at lunch, it's time for myself and Joe to get some grub too.
Back shortly.
