Naveed: Got to be very careful not to rewrite history and that Australia team in the 00’s were a monster. However, this England batting side I feel can reach pretty much any target. It’s frightening how easily they do it. Soooo entertaining. For me faves for the World Cup next year.

  4. Eng 179-1published at 17 overs

    Target 192

Only 13 required. Malan needs 12 of them.

Michael Harley: I think Dawid Malan's got his place in the England T20 side now.

John Petrie: Buttler looking pedestrian next to Malan. Who would have thought it.

  6. Eng 173-1published at 16.2 overs

    Target 192

It's more than an outside chance, you know. A top edge goes for four. 87 off 43.

  8. Eng 168-1published at 16 overs

    Target 192

Malan has 83 from 42. He's got an outside chance of a ton.

It has been one of the most one-sided chases of 192 in a T20 you could ever see.

After living through the 90s and 2010s watching England's limited-overs sides, I will never ever tire of watching us do things like this.

Honestly, Dawid Malan is batting like Don Bradman's dad. Now it's six over long-on. Which IPL team is taking him?

England need 49 from 36. The way it's going, they will get there with plenty of time to spare.
