I really like watching Shaheen Afridi. At just 21, you can't help but feel he is well placed to become a great.
He goes round the wicket, trying to zone in on the stumps, but it allows Brydon Carse to work him off his pads for two.
WinViz currently has this 64-36% in Pakistan's favour.

Shaheen has plenty of overs left. If you want to clean up the tail, he'll be the option by going gun-barrel straight.
Just the one over for Haris Rauf. The left-arm bowling of Shaheen Afridi is back on.
Much better from Faheem, just a single from the over.
The floodlights are prominent at Lord's, but it doesn't look like there's any real danger of rain. It's just a miserable-ish day.
Faheem Ashraf, who went for 31 in his first three overs, is back on.
Phil Salt climbed into him earlier.

England are just trying to steady things a little here.
Haris Rauf has a lot of natural pace, and ability, but he hasn't got his line and length right so far today.
Six off the over.
Hassan Ali is getting a break, after taking three wickets in that spell.
Haris Rauf is back on.
Here's how England slumped from 118-2 to 160-7.
It doesn't matter if it is their A or B/C side. They've always got it in them.
Gregory 12, Carse 11
I doubt Brydon Carse has faced many leg-spinners that possess the ability of Shadab Khan. He gets a thick outside edge, but it goes past slip, and away for four.
This partnership is worth 22 now.

When the full strength England team is out, they bat down to number 10 with Adil Rashid.
You notice with this B team that after Stokes it's quite light.

Here's how John Simpson was bowled by Hasan Ali.
Hassan has been superb. He's currently got figures of 4-42 from his seven overs.

If these two can rebuild then they can get to 230 or 240 but I don't feel it's competitive enough.
Four more!
An almost identical shot from Lewis Gregory brings him four more. Pakistan had moved a fielder to the boundary, but he timed it that well, he got nowhere near it.
England counter attacked really effectively this morning. They will be hoping they can do the same here.
It's time for a drink.

It's the sort of game where you need Joe Root. It's his type of game where he can control the ship.
Shot!
Lewis Gregory stands tall and carves Hassan Ali through the covers for his first boundary.
That raced to the fence.

Three singles from Shadab Khan's eighth over.
England have to find a way to bat the remaining 18 overs. It's a 47-over game, don't forget, due to some rain this morning.
