Some people still believe... I can hear them.
India need two wickets to win
There are loud cheers as Ollie Robinson cuts nicely for four but Umesh responds by cracking one onto his upper arm. Robinson will have a nasty bruise to take from this defeat.

England have batted us all into a bit of a traffic jam...
I must admit I didn't think we'd be this far on this time. I thought England might be four or five down at this stage.
Target 368
Umesh Yadav will continue. How long will England last?

This is a big moment for Virat Kohli. He has set everything on winning this series because India haven't won in England for a long time.
Craig Overton and Ollie Robinson are walking down the steps.

Leon Carter: People talking rubbish, England take their catches (atleast 6 drops) and they would be chasing 200-250. This has been a problem for a long time and needs to get sorted! Yes, Bumrah has been great but that is not the reason we are going to lose.
Play will get back under way any moment now. This was the wicket that took us to an early tea.
India only need two more.

After the first hour India needed nine wickets, and in that situation you would back the bowling side on a day-five pitch.
That session was so important and India were absolutely brilliant. England were in the game at the start of the session, both to win and draw the game.

Everyone's entitled to their view but I thoroughly disagree with Christian's.

Christian Evans: I'd rather England lose the game hitting out, playing attacking and chasing victory, rather than this meek, inept way they try and defend their way to a draw. If they're going to lose 10 wickets, may as well just go for it.

I am loathed to pick away too much because it is what you'd expect, chasing that many runs, on the final day of a game.

It was compelling viewing. It is very difficult for a new batter when you know it could be at your toes, or at your nose. It was fantastic Test cricket and great theatre.
Even Joe Root couldn't save England...

What a session that was. The writing is on the wall for England, I'm afraid.

Sunny Patel: I think India just about edged that session.
Thanks Ffion. I envisaged (hoped) to take over with this Test evenly poised and set for a gripping finale.
It is not.
Well, I didn't bring much luck for England there, did I?
Let's see if Matthew Henry is more of a lucky charm - although I think the damage may have been done.
