  1. Ind 202-5published at 53 overs

Dom Bess has had some fortune today with two of his three wickets but he has bowled exponentially better than he did in Sri Lanka.

He's offered so much more control and consistency and that reflects in the fact he's only gone for 39 from his 17 overs.

  2. Mayers taking West Indies to victorypublished at 09:56 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February 2021

Another six for Kyle Mayers! He is going for the win for West Indies in Chittagong.

He has 181 not out and West Indies only need another 38 runs to reach their target of 395. They have 12 overs to do it.

I dream of being asked to be third umpire on days like this - in my bedroom, covering all three Test matches at once, in my smoking jacket.

'That's out Kumar, please reverse your original decision'.

This West Indies Test is amazing. I'm following three Test matches at once, I'm in my element.

  5. 6 runs

    Ind 202-5published at 52 overs

Yes, Rishabh Pant! This guy is becoming one of my favourite cricketers.

He gets down and paddles over the keeper - despite a leg slip being in - and picks up four, before dancing down the track and planting Jack Leach over the boundary again.

I love his courage and fearless attitude. His side are 380 runs behind!

Double spin for England as Jack Leach replaces Jofra Archer.

Part of me really wants Rishabh Pant to keep hitting him 15 rows back. I'm sorry. I know that's terrible.

Sam Brookes: Better to be lucky than good. Lovely deflection off Ollie Pope’s shoulder there

Washington Sundar is the new batsman for India.

He is more than capable with the bat. He made 62 in India's first innings during that remarkable win against Australia in Brisbane.

That is the second time this winter that Dom Bess has picked up a wicket via a deflection off short leg - it happened in Sri Lanka too where it looped off Jonny Bairstow and was caught by Jos Buttler.

  12. wicket

    Pujara c Burns b Bess 73 (Ind 192-5)

This is an absolutely filthy dismissal.

Wow, wow, wow. When your luck is in, your luck really is in.

Dom Bess drags one down, and Cheteshwar Pujara goes onto the back foot looking to pull away. Ollie Pope, at short leg, starts to duck and the shot flicks off his shoulder and loops to Rory Burns at mid-wicket.

That is an incredible stroke of fortune for England, but they won't care on bit. Another HUGE wicket from Bess.

India have snuck up on the rails, without taking any real risks.

  15. Ind 192-4published at 50 overs

Rishabh Pant is just so good to watch. He can play with such brutality, but he's also got the game - some beautiful, genuine cricket shots. He picks up a couple more with a lovely on-drive. He's still scoring at a strike-rate in excess of 100.

Jofra Archer has bowled five overs since Tea now. That may be him done for the time being.

  16. West Indies closing in on famous winpublished at 09:44 Greenwich Mean Time 7 February 2021

A six and a four in quick succession from Kyle Mayers has brought the finishing line even closer for West Indies in Bangladesh.

They need another 54 from a minimum of 14 overs with five wickets left.

    Mayers is 168 not out.

    Scorecard.

Frank Maguire: Not concerned about this India counter attack, we still hold a lead of nearly 400 runs. Hold our nerve, keep the catchers close, bowl Golden Root and encourage them to hit long and attack, attack, attack - chances will come!

  18. Ind 188-4published at 49 overs

Cheteshwar Pujara could be a serious thorn in England's side during this series. He could easily be India's Steve Smith and be someone that England just can't dislodge.

He's used his feet superbly against the spinners, as he gets to the pitch of the Bess' latest delivery and drives for another boundary.

He comes down the track again and effectively pads up to one, hiding his bat behind his pad. Is he offering a shot there? There are a few half-hearted yelps from the England fielders.

Chris Etheridge: Pant and Pujara have been thorns in England's side before. But if England were 182-4, England fans would be worrying about losing two quick wickets and being 182-6. India are still a distance behind.

  20. Ind 182-4published at 48 overs

Jofra Archer hasn't looked as threatening in this spell. He's not bowled badly by any means, the ball and are pitch are just giving him very little assistance.

He does drop a little bit short and definitely too wide, though, allowing Cheteshwar Pujara to pick up his 10th four with a cut through the covers.
