An update from the England camp on Sam Billings, who left the field earlier with a shoulder problem: “Sam Billings has sprained his collar bone joint. It’s not related to the previous shoulder injury he suffered in 2019. It’s sore, he’s currently receiving treatment and we are hopeful he will be able to bat later.”

Shreyas Iyer is a man in form. We saw that in the T20s. He has not been in long but he takes a Wood bouncer off his nose and the ball whistles to the boundary.

Liam Livingstone is on as a sub. He can replace Billings in the field but won't be able to bat instead of him.
The injury looks to be the same shoulder Billings injured in 2019. An operation caused him to miss the World Cup on that occasion.
Sam Billings has dislocated his shoulder before. He's up now but is trudging back towards the dressing room.
The way the Kent batsman is holding his arm across his body suggests it's bad.
