Mike's an optimistic chap.

I mentioned this hill in the first match. This India fan is the lone spectator today...

Steven Donaldson: I know there is a game if cricket going on in the background but how did everyone's lasagne turn out after the first match?
We're told Mark Wood has been rested today. It's not an injury.
England's bowling attack does look different without Wood, Jofra Archer and Chris Woakes.
It's a big chance for Topley and the Curran brothers.

Virat Kohli straight in at his toss interview - ‘we wanted to bat first’.

England T20 bowler
Early wickets are the key for England and without Mark Wood, they no longer have an enforcer to bring on like we saw in the first ODI. They'll hope Reece Topley can get that ball swinging.
England definitely prefer chasing. We saw that in the run-up to the World Cup.
I might have switched things around today.

Image source, BCCIJames Gulleford: What is it about winning the toss and bowling? Fourth game in a row and England have lost the last three! Plus Kohli just admitted India wanted to bat first! Rigid and poor thinking from England.
India: Rohit, Dhawan, Kohli, Pant (wk), Rahul, H Pandya, K Pandya, Thakur, Bhuvneshwar, Kuldeep, Krishna.
England: Roy, Bairstow, Stokes, Malan, Buttler (wk), Livingstone, Moeen, S Curran, T Curran, Rashid, Topley.
India captain Virat Kohli: "We actually wanted to bat first. Conditions play a big part and runs on the board in the last game really helped us out.
"If you are intense and are looking for wickets you are always in the game. Hopefully we can do much better in those middle overs when we lost three or four wickets."
England captain Jos Buttler: "We're going to bowl for similar reasons to the other day. We played some good cricket the other day and let ourselves down at the end. We've tried to play the way we do for a long time and we have to be smart about it at times but we'll continue to be aggressive."
As we already knew, Liam Livingstone makes his ODI debut today. Dawid Malan and Reece Topley also come in for Billings and Mark Wood.
England have a new captain in Jos Buttler but have won yet another toss.
They're bowling first again.
England were already facing a tough task to come back and win this series and it got tougher yesterday when their captain Eoin Morgan was ruled out of the two remaining matches.
Sam Billings is out of today's game at least too.
At the end of a long tour, England are struggling. Can they turn it around today?
