    Northants 364 v Glamorgan 407 & 205-4

    Glamorgan will take a lead of 248 into the final day with Kiran Carlson and Chris Cooke the men who will return to the crease in the morning.

    The game was very much in the balance at the start of their second innings and they survived the early losses of David Lloyd and Andrew Balbirnie to build that lead.

    An interesting final day awaits.

    What a last day we've got on the cards at Edgbaston.

    Essex have recovered from 35-5 to close on 213-9, with Dan Lawrence (55) and Simon Harmer (62 not out) both scoring half-centuries.

    Essex lead by 224 meaning Warwickshire will face a really tricky chase. When they can prize out the last wicket that is.

    Ben Slater and Haseeb Hameed have gone a long way towards securing a draw for Notts, seeing out 35 overs unscathed after they were asked to follow-on.

    Worcestershire need early wickets on Sunday you feel.

    Things looked very shaky indeed for Kent earlier today but a fantastic fightback led by centurion skipper Daniel Bell-Drummond has given them a real boost.

    After Lancashire asked Kent to follow-on it was only Matt Parkinson who had any joy with the ball when he removed Jordan Cox for 80.

    Kent still trail by 147 going into the final day, but the latter part of today's play has undoubtedly been theirs.
