    Number 11 Jared Warner (three) is blocking well, sticking in their as partner Tom Price moves to 61.

    The visitors move past 400 with tea delayed as Glamorgan chase that last Gloucestershire wicket.

    Hampshire employ spin at both ends from Liam Dawson and Felix Organ just before the interval.

    But Ben Duckett (22 not out) shows his skills with the sweep and reverse sweep to move the scoreboard along for Notts.

    They move towards 50 and just over 200 more runs to win. Hampshire need nine more wickets.

    It's a maiden half-century for Gloucestershire's Tom Price who brings up his fifty with his seventh four.

    He's batted superbly off 127 balls to take Glos' lead beyond 80.

  6. D1: Nottinghamshire (155 & 32-1) need 218 more runs to beat Hampshire (226 & 178)

    Liam Dawson comes on for a bowl for Hampshire as he looks to exploit the same sort of turn Liam Patterson-White enjoyed earlier for Notts.

    Ben Duckett has to take a bit of a break for some treatment on his hand after a ball popped up on him.

    All OK to continue after a short pause.

    First wicket down for Nottinghamshire and it's Haseeb Hameed who falls!

    Felix Organ takes the catch diving forward from midwicket after Hameed prods forward and the ball balloons off his inside edge and front pad over the man at forward short leg but not beyond Organ.

    Ben Duckett the new man in at three for Notts.

    We heard from Lancashire skipper Dane Vilas earlier reflecting on their victory, but what did that defeat mean for hosts Somerset?

    Somerset director of cricket Andy Hurry:

    "We haven't been able to score enough first innings runs in recent games to put the opposition under pressure.

    "Our team performances haven't been to the same level as they were before the break in the Championship.

    "Lancashire's bowlers put the ball in challenging areas more often than ours were able to do and tested our batsman more.

    "What encourages me is that I see players working really hard on a daily basis and if they continue to show that attitude form will return ahead of our final game."

    Tough grind for Notts openers Ben Slater and Haseeb Hameed but they get themselves to double figures as Slater cuts Mohammad Abbas for four to the point boundary.

    250 the victory target remember.

    Off and running in Notts' run-chase against Hampshire.

    Keith Barker, fresh off the back of his seven-wicket haul in the first innings, sends down an immaculate first over that has Ben Slater playing and missing four times out of six.

    Hampshire all out for 178 in their second innings as James Fuller is caught at first slip to give Liam Patterson-White a fifth wicket.

    Career-best first-class figures for the slow left-armer which means Nottinghamshire will need 250 to beat Hampshire and hold on to top spot in Division One.

    Lancashire skipper Dane Vilas:

    "This was a must-win game for both teams if either of us were to keep our title hopes alive and I am delighted with the way we played and the result.

    "It sets up an exciting final game against Hampshire next week. We can go into it with momentum from this performance.

    "Other than losing the toss, everything went well for us, particularly after a difficult time against Notts last week.

    "We needed to turn our form around after that and did just that, which is fantastic."

    Dane Paterson comes on to replace Luke Fletcher as Notts try and end this Hampshire second innings.

    Fuller keeps trying to pick up even runs to keep Mohammad Abbas off strike.
