Very, very optimistic from Joe Root. Taylor was hit on the pad by Robinson but the replays show it was a mile outside the line.
Not out. England are out of reviews.

That is surely going over the top. Surely? Oh, he's gone for it!
I fear England may be out of reviews in a few seconds...

It's a mow. An absolute mow.

That is a dreadful, ghastly hack from Taylor. A shot that many of us have seen on a Sunday!
I reckon Ollie Robinson has been even more impressive with the ball in this innings than the first. He's beaten the bat five or six times this morning. Ross Taylor's response is a T20 swipe. Robinson is laughing it's that hideous a shot. Tom Latham might be giggling too.

It's now 80 overs since Stuart Broad last took a wicket.

Stuart Broad looks pretty smiley despite that drop an over ago. He's not in full grump mode... yet.
I'm sure he's still keeping count of how many catches have been dropped off his bowling, however. I wonder if he has a tally chart on his kitchen fridge.

Former England captain on BBC Test Match Special
That was a glorious shot, with real intent to score. It tells you that New Zealand are thinking of doing something - they're not just thinking of batting time.
Lead by 190
There is a bit more intent from New Zealand this morning. Taylor drives his sixth ball excellently for four. Robinson responds with one that rises and moves away. Nice.
Michael Vaughan
Former England captain on BBC Test Match Special
He'd have fancied catching that.

That was clipped very hard by Latham. Crawley got both hands to it.
More misfortune for Stuart Broad!
Latham clips him off his pads in the air and Zak Crawley dives away to his right at mid-wicket. He gets two hands to the ball but can only parry it, at least preventing the boundary.
Joe Root applauds the effort but Crawley looks disappointed.

Any thoughts about the pitch going to sleep on the last day have been put away by that delivery. It was a jaffa.
Latham 32, Taylor 1
It's hard to sum up Stuart Broad's Test. He hasn't been at his best but he has bowled some incredible deliveries. Here's another one from round the wicket to left-handed Latham which squares the batsman up and beats him.
Broad's wait for a wicket goes on.

That was a wild ball down the leg side. Robinson's done Bracey there. You do feel sorry for a keeper there.
Lead by 183
New Zealand have resisted the urge to do anything funky with their batting line-up. Out jogs Ross Taylor.
Robinson's radar breaks down and he fires one a mile down the leg side. It's called as four byes, much to James Bracey's dismay.

Brief but entertaining from Neil Wagner, and another wicket for Ollie Robinson.
Wagner c Bracey b Robinson 10 (NZ 74-3)
Ollie Robinson has another. He bounces Neil Wagner and the left-handed nightwatchman gets a top edge. It results in the easiest of catches for James Bracey.
England have three wickets. Robinson has all of them.
