England bowled well as Sri Lanka struggled to get going - not hitting a single boundary in the power play. Sam Curran improvised brilliantly on his follow through to get England's first wicket.

It has got a little bit lighter, so we may see some more cricket.

Lots of chatting, looking at watches and wiping of rain off their bonces from the umpires. It does appear to be easing a little, though.

Billings and Livingstone don't often get a chance. They've had to spend a lot of time on the sidelines watching a successful T20 side. But they've definitely taken their chance to impress Eoin Morgan.

Sam Billings and Liam Livingstone played it really well - they used the big boundaries square of the wicket and ran the twos well. They got them ahead of the Duckworth-Lewis target.

I can see where you're coming from Brian but as Jimmy Anderson has just said "it's not just about smacking boundaries in T20 cricket". These low-scoring games can often be more exciting affairs.

Sri Lanka will be so disappointed with their batting but they've really showed what they're capable of with the ball. I feel for them a bit because they're a young squad but there's clearly a lot of talent there. It's hard for teams these days coming on tour and not having any warm-up games either.

More cover sheets being dragged on to the ground. England are four runs ahead of the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern par score of 65 after 12 overs if there's no more play.
