    Carlson 81, Cullen 0

Hat-trick ball for Tom Cullen to face as the new man in.

He defends firmly on his back foot to keep that one out.

Terrific over from Matty Potts to bring Durham back into it.

    Glamorgan 157-4 v Durham

    Gone first ball!

Billy Root comes and goes as Matty Potts pins him back on the crease and hits him on the front pad around the knee roll.

He's given out on the field and there is no DRS in play in this match.

Replays show that the ball pitched just outside leg stump to the left-hander so Root is right to feel more than a bit harshly treated there.

WICKET Selman c Lees b Potts 36published at 27.4 overs

    Glamorgan 157-3 v Durham

    Much-needed breakthrough for Durham.

Nick Selman tries to force the pace and keep up with Kiran Carlson's scoring rate but Matty Potts holds his line and length and forces a mistimed pull shot.

Selman skews it up to mid-on for a simple catch for Alex Lees to end that third-wicket partnership.

I know the players would love to be at Lord's for this final, but for me, this ground is right up there with the rest in terms of facilities and the international-standard of the ground.

  6. Glamorgan 157-2published at 27 overs

    Carlson 81, Selman 36

    More boundaries for Kiran Carlson.

He runs Liam Trevaskis down to third man for one of them before a front foot pull shot down to deep midwicket the very next ball to take his side past 150 and him into the 80s.

  8. Glamorgan 145-2published at 26 overs

    Carlson 70, Selman 35

Kiran Carlson continues to score boundaries even with the change of pace.

Matty Potts' first ball is glanced down to fine leg for four despite Chris Rushworth's dive.

Four more follows a couple of balls later as he drives hard on the up through extra cover.

Next ball - four more! Short and down leg from Potts and pulled away dismissively.

This partnership now causing Durham a few concerns.

Halfway stage then of this Glamorgan innings.

Scott Borthwick's spin lasts just one over and the seam of Matty Potts returns from the Pavilion End.

    Carlson 56, Selman 35

Kiran Carlson steps down to chip a single to deep midwicket.

Just much busier now and putting the pressure back on the bowlers.

Nick Selman continues to play the anchor role and why not with Carlson going so well.

    Glamorgan well placed at halfway.

Glamorgan have set themselves a really good platform here with this partnership where they could target a score of 300 plus on this ground.

Kiran Carlson has just taken the pressure off by finding the boundary regularly and allowing Nick Selman just to keep playing his game.

Kiran Carlson has got Glamorgan moving here and Durham have something to think about for the first time.

Having almost chipped a catch back to the bowler, Kiran Carlson stays deep in his crease to pull a slight drag-down over deep square.

A third six and fifty in 40 balls.

    Very smart innings.

Glamorgan have had to work hard to get this innings going, but will be glad to see the back of Chris Rushworth with just one wicket to his credit, frustrating though it was to see Hamish Rutherford hole out on the boundary for 15 just after hitting a six.

The inexperienced Steve Reingold promised briefly to get going, but captain Kiran Carlson was in rather sooner than he would have wanted on what looks like a decent batting track.

Bowlers Ben Raine and Matthew Potts have justified their recall from The Hundred, an issue which has divided supporters as Glamorgan decided not to make use of the four extra players available - although none of them is exactly in form from the franchise event.

Club vice-captain David Lloyd has come up to support the side after finishing with Welsh Fire - and he’ll enjoy the sight of Nick Selman and Carlson starting to flower against the less-experienced bowlers.

  17. Glamorgan 117-2published at 22 overs

Kieran Carlson advances but only forced into defence.

Then goes again and heaves it over long-on for six.

    Sweet strike.

Tries to go again and it's a bit of a hack this time but over mid-on for four.
