Well, that's definitely not Test match-style. Thumped down the ground for four!
A decent way to get the innings up and running.
Linsey Smith, fresh off her batting cameo, opens the bowling and Lizelle Lee defends the first ball Test match-style.
So, Manchester Originals - what have you got?
Shout-out to Linsey Smith too - her innings will naturally go under the radar but her 17 not out allowed Wolvaardt to play the way she did.
Northern Superchargers batter Laura Wolvaardt speaking to Sky Sports: "We didn't have the ideal start but my plan was to take it as deep as possible and then have a swing!
"It was tough to get through from the start, Kate Cross was finding some good movement off the pitch. But I'm happy to take some time to get in, that suited me.
"I hope that will be enough! We had a good last 10 balls so hopefully we can take that hype on to the field."
Thanks, Phil.
Well, that was fun, wasn't it? Laura Wolvaardt has really saved the Superchargers there - if she's not on the field for the next part of this game, it's probably because she has a bad back from carrying her team.
And here's what she had to say about it ...
That is all from me. I'm going to toast Laura Wolvaardt with a brew and leave you with Ffion Wynne, who will guide you through the chase.

They can take the momentum from the end of this batting innings into their bowling. It often goes that way, and you can get a couple of early wickets and find yourselves well on top.

That’s one of the innings of the tournament for me. They’re on their feet around Headingley to appreciate Laura Wolvaardt.
Her team’s hopes in this competition were fading fast and she has dragged them into the ascendancy.
Laura Wolvaardt ends with 75 from that 126. It is truly a one-woman show.

A magnificent knock from Laura Wolvaardt. They looked dead and buried at 16-4 and she's performed an act of destruction.

This is murderous batting. Out of nowhere it looks like the best pitch in the world!
Haha! Wow! Wolvaardt caps a stunning knock with a mighty blow over long on for the first and only six of the innings!
Take a huge bow Laura. Superb.
From 16-4 and down and out to 126-5 and real chance of victory.
No four this time, but they do run two. Wolvaardt to face the last from Dyson.
BANG! Four more over extra cover! This is some innings.

We talked about them being happy with 110, well they've made it with four balls to go!

I hope the Superchargers top order buy Laura Wolvaardt a drink after this.
