  1. Eng 203-5published at 43 overs

    Need 42 from 42 balls

A single to Knight brings up the 200.

England find the gaps and take five off Sophie Devine.

In 110 matches, Knight has just one ODI century. She's on 83 from 89 balls.

That was perfectly timed from Heather Knight, right between the two fielders that are there on the leg side.

  3. Eng 198-5published at 42 overs

    Meed 47 from 48 balls

For any new batter coming in at this stage, facing Hannah Rowe and the way she is bowling is a tough ask.

Wyatt does manage to push through to the off side to take a single, before the settled Knight uses her wrists to take one more down to deep mid-wicket.

Wyatt then dances down the track and carves through extra cover for a single, before Heather Knight creams a slower ball down to the mid-on boundary. Cor, that was timed well.

    Good over for England.

  4. Eng 191-5published at 41 overs

    Need 54 from 54 balls

Danni Wyatt is off the mark with crisp cut through point for four. But her innings is almost short lives as the next delivery from Jess Kerr is edged by Wyatt and ricochets off 'keeper Katey Martin's thigh.

A single for Heather Knight to end the over. So much relying on the England captain now.

That's not a great shot. She's trying to play it into the leg side but it's too straight to play that and it's trapped her bang in front. There wasn't any point in discussing whether it was worth reviewing at all.

  6. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 39.6 overs

    Dunkley lbw b Satterthwaite 0 (Eng 185-5)

A five-ball duck for Sophia Dunkley! The England batter is back in her crease and looking to work spinner Satterthwaite through the leg side. Dunkley misses the ball and is trapped in front. Not even worth a review.

This game could go down to the wire!

Amy Satterthwaite wasn't quite sure whether to stop the boundary or go for the catch. In the end she's kind of in between doing both and it's poor fielding.

  8. Eng 177-4published at 39 overs

    Need 68 from 66 balls

With each dot ball, the pressure starts to build for England as Heather Knight fails to get away Jess Kerr's first four deliveries.

Knight makes no mistake with the fifth delivery, though, clipping through mid-wicket and underneath the diving Amy Sattherthwaite.

    Five from the over.

This won't be easy for Sophia Dunkley but there's no one better than Heather Knight to have at the crease with you when you're having a bit of a tricky time.

  10. Eng 172-4published at 38 overs

    Need 73 from 72 balls

Hannah Rowe, by the way, has taken all four wickets this innings. What a splendid effort.

Sophia Dunkley is the new batter and sees off the rest of Rowe's over as the required rate goes above six per over.

  12. wicket

    Jones c Kerr b Rowe 40 (Eng 171-4)

Oh dear! After all that hard work and grinding it out, Amy Jones takes a big swing and the ball comes off the toe-end of the bat and offers the easiest of catches to Jess Kerr at mid-off.

It's good to see Amy Jones in the runs. She's played so well and it's an important innings for her.

  14. 100 runs

    100 partnershippublished at 37.1 overs

England's 100 partnership is up! Jones and Knight shake hands with the kind of body language which suggests they know the job is not yet done.

  15. Eng 169-3published at 37 overs

    Need 76 from 78

'Keeper Katey Martin is standing up to the stumps as Hayley Jensen continues. Jones makes the most of a bit of width offered by the bowler to slap through cover for two.

Amy Lofthouse, who is covering this game at the ground in Derby for us, has just informed me that this will be England's highest successful chase in an ODI if they do it. Quite unbelievable, that!

You just sense that one wicket here would get England's nerves jangling.

    Target 245

Desperate measures from New Zealand as Hannah Rowe - who has taken all three wickets - is brought back on to find the breakthrough.

Amy Jones is almost outdone by a slower ball. Rowe just rolls her fingers over the ball as Jones stops in her shot and chips it down the ground. Luckily for her, and for England, it lands safe.

This is a very good England team. The potential of how many runs they could score if they put together a perfect performance is scary.

  19. Eng 161-3published at 35 overs

    Need 84 from 90 balls

Hayley Jensen returns to the attack. She's already bowled two maidens from her six overs and starts where she left off, with three dots.

A nicely timed clip through mid-wicket - not played too hard - allows Knight to take two.

Knight plays that reverse sweep so well. She just caresses it like a Bond villain stroking a cat.
