Timing and power from Rovman Powell who strikes two of the most crisp sixes off Chris Jordan you are ever likely to see.

First he piledrives a flat six over mid-wicket and then, down on one knee, launches it straight.

Right in the block hole from Chris Jordan and Rovman Powell is able to dig out and get it down the ground for a single.

Jason Roy shows the palms of his hands to Jordan after returning the ball to him, indicating he's ready for anything which comes down the ground at long-on.

There's a few spots of rain around.

  3. WI 131-4published at 17.0 overs

A productive over off Reece Topley for West Indies.

All bottom hand from Kieron Pollard who hoicks one square of the wicket for four. Then, last ball of the over, a thick edge from Rovman Powell beats the dive of Sam Billings and races away behind for four more.

Mark Poole: Rashid is England’s best-ever ODI bowler.

  5. WI 122-4published at 16.2 overs

Reece Topley, whose father Don is watching on in the stands, is charged with helping get through some of much-vaunted death over.

His second delivery makes a quite beautiful crack off Rovman Powell's bat and is sent high into the stands for six. A touch too wide from Topley and it's back over his head.

That's the first boundary since the 10th over for West Indies.

  6. WI 112-4published at 16.0 overs

What was that?! Saqib Mahmood has Rovman Powell ducking out the way of a beamer. Saqib holds his hand apologetically for an attempted yorker that went badly wrong.

Much better overall from Mahmood, though, as he gets through an over without conceding a boundary.

Pollard has to tee off against Saqib.

Jonathan France: Does Saqib Mahmood have any variations? Just seems to run up and try an bowl it faster every time.

  9. WI 108-4published at 15.2 overs

Saqid Mahmood, who went for a few at the start, is into the fray. He begins with a wide before Kieron Pollard picks up a couple with a gentle push through cover.

Mark Burt: Phenomenal from Rashid. Absolute class as per usual.

What a spell from Adil Rashid. He really is England's best T20 bowler by a considerable distance.

  12. WI 105-4published at 15.0 overs

Brilliant spell from Adil Rashid who ends with two dots and finishes with 2-17 from his four overs. Top stuff.

That was glorious again from Rashid. Hiding the ball from the short boundary, a googly that left Pooran utterly bamboozled. Brilliant.

  14. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 14.4 overs

    Pooran b Rashid 21 (WI 105-4)

The floppy sunhat is back on Kieron Pollard's bonce. But he's stuggling to go big off Adil Rashid and has to settle for a single.

Nicholas Pooran decides he has to get things moving, throws his hands at a straighter, fuller ball from the leg-spinner, but misses it and the ball clatters into the stumps. Was that the wrong 'un? It didn't turn much. Either way, Pooran is on his way back to the pavilion.

    England on top here.

Pollard has got to decide that it is time to go. He has a bunch of big-hitters in the hutch, so has to launch now.

  16. WI 103-3published at 14.0 overs

"High class this" Moeen Ali tells Liam Livingstone with plenty of encouragement after an over which concedes four runs.

  17. WI 101-3published at 13.4 overs

Liam Livingstone continues for England. One scrambled single and a wide from his four balls. Tight stuff.

This is a big over. They have to get after Livingstone.

  19. WI 99-3published at 13.0 overs

Back to pace as Chris Jordan returns to the attack which prompts Kieron Pollard, sadly for those of us who love seeing batters sporting caps and sun hats, to put a helmet back on.

Tight lines from Jordan who is bowling a tad fuller than earlier and Pollard and Nicholas Pooran have to rein in the big shots. Just four off that over.
