Mark Wood takes over from Chris Woakes.
Jason Holder is made to look a little less tall than his 2.01m as Wood pins him.
Just two singles off the over.

Windies slip from 83-0 to 127-4 before unbeaten stand of 75 between Bonner & Holder

Mark Wood takes over from Chris Woakes.
Jason Holder is made to look a little less tall than his 2.01m as Wood pins him.
Just two singles off the over.
Craig Overton goes for 1-27 off his first 10 overs - just over half as many as his new-ball buddy Chris Woakes.
Jason Holder berates himself for missing out on a fullish second delivery but then manages a single.
There is a stifled appeal for lbw against Nkrumah Bonner off the last, but he managed to get a sliver of bat on it.

This morning's bowling was poor. Ill-directed, some poor captaincy if I'm honest, bowlers bowling at the wrong end. If you run up and bowl line and length consistently on this pitch, it's very hard to score off. England bowled far too much loose stuff.
Woakes has his head in his hands as he induces an edge from the hosts' former captain Holder, but in truth it was always going down and past the slip cordon.
Four dots then a leg-side single off the last allows Holder to keep the strike.

Kev Mcveigh: I could just about accept resting Anderson and Broad to give opportunities to try young talent. Woakes is 33, and had enough chances to show his ability.
Just five runs off 21 balls in this partnership so far as they consolidate at the start of the evening session.
Chris Woakes and Craig Overton are finding bowling at Jason Holder now far more to their pleasure than the surprisingly aggressive Kraigg Brathwaite earlier on.
Just a leg bye off this latest Overton over.

The crowd are getting in good voice - I think the rum punch is starting to take effect.

Jason Holder has today been overtaken by Ravindra Jadeja at the top of the latest ICC Test all-rounder rankings. Will that spur him into an extra special innings here today...?He has history at home against England.
Meanwhile, Nkrumah Bonner clips one forcefully off his pads from Chris Woakes and away for four.
That does nothing to deter the Barmy Army though.

Paul Barrow: Good comeback by the bowlers, but would love to see a second spinner on these surfaces. Chris Woakes can bat seven and Ben Foakes' keeping hasn't looked up to scratch with that drop, so I'd like to see Jonny Bairstow with the gloves and play Matt Parkinson.
Craig Overton starts with a maiden after tea, which will do wonders for his confidence after he and Woakes were rather taken to the cleaners by the Windies openers in the last session.Joe Root is still smiling, looking rather relaxed, with two hats and a pair of sunnies on his head.

West Indies' opening partnership was intent but the dismissals since then have all been hesitant. I don't have much hope of it lasting five days. We'll enjoy it for as long as it lasts.

England have chipped away, they've had a bit of good luck along the way. Wood has caused problems with his pace, but they were a little fortunate with three of the four wickets. They've got a great chance in this final session to get the bulk of the West Indies out and take a lead
Woakes continues his over that was rudely interrupted by his first wicket of the match, then rain bringing about an early tea interval.
Just the one run in the over - a single to Jason Holder.
Alexander Zak Lees.
What a man to be compared to.
I'm still sure he was unlucky with his early day one dismissal anyway.
The players are back out. I'm off for a breather.
I'm going to hand you over to Harry Everett for a live-text debut. It'll go better than Alex Lees', I promise.

One feature of the weather we've seen in Antigua over the last few days is that heavy, localised downpours come and go in about ten minutes. It'll mean that the pitch will have got a bit of moisture in it, but with the sunshine and wind, it'll dry off in no time
All four England seamers have a wicket now after that Woakes strike. The start with the new ball really was poor. Their tea will taste a whole lot better than their dinner did.

Chris Woakes has had a tough day. You can't escape the economy rate and that is very out of character for him. He got a wicket out of nowhere and hopefully he can build on that after tea.

Chris R: Those 1,117 wickets can sit right back down on the sofa, sit back and enjoy this bowling masterclass

The quality in England's lower order is much stronger than what the West Indies have. Trying to get an extra 40 or 50 runs out of them will be tough work. After Jason Holder there isn't a whole lot more to come.
