    Campbell c Foakes b Overton 35 (WI 83-1)

It's not pretty but Craig Overton strikes! The lanky England seamer, having just been smacked for four, bends his back to get a bit more lift from a bouncer. Campbell chases it and is caught down the leg side.

    Oh England really needed that.

    Brathwaite 47, Campbell 31

My word. This is starting to get a little serious now. First John Campbell clubs Jack Leach over long-on for four and then Kraigg Brathwaite - yes, Kraigg 'the limpet' Brathwaite - smacks England's left-arm spinner for six back over his head.

England doing England things again there. Overton fails to create any real threat in his comeback over.

Aaaaand back to normality we go as Woakes again fails to maintain a line and length, allowing John Campbell to time away another boundary.

West Indies run-rate wouldn't be out of place in an ODI.

The maiden from Woakes is followed by another from Jack Leach. It didn't take much but that's better. Much better.

Happy to be proved wrong but I think Leach and Woakes are bowling at wrong ends. Very hard for an out-swing bowler to bowl with such a strong wind from left to right. While it would help Leach drift.

I think Alice is being sarcastic but what is certain is that England are currently rock bottom of the Test championship table. Continue to bowl like this and that will not improve. Leach, still bowling with the new ball, is the latest to drift in line and Brathwaite gets four down to fine leg.

    That's the 10th four in 13 overs.

John Campbell's response to the surprise sight of Jack Leach skipping up to the crease is to get down on one knee and whack a reverse sweep for four.

With long-on and long-off back he just casually knocks a single to get off strike a couple of balls later.

    Again, I am saying nothing.
