India captain Mithali Raj on Sky Sports: "We would have bowled first too, but we need to go in with a positive mindset to put up a good total.

"We're looking at the top order getting some runs. If the opening partnership can get some runs it will be great for the middle order to take it on from there, and the bowlers need to bowl a disciplined line and length.

"We want to give more game time to the players that we're looking to get into the World Cup."

England captain Heather Knight on Sky Sports: "We think it will be a pretty good pitch, but we think it will be hard to defend and if there is anything to take from the pitch it will be first up.

"India will come out hard at us, and it is up to us to combat that.

"It was an all-round performance, but we want to back it up and be consistent. That's what we want to do as a side."
