My instinct was that I can't see because there's a big pole in my way.

My instinct was that she was just in.
Has Sophia Dunkley been run out by Mithali Raj here?
It's a direct hit at the non-striker's end - they are always pretty close.

I hope England are paying attention... deliberate pace off seems to be doing the job.

India's over-rate has been really poor so far. They are meant to have bowled their 47 overs by 15:30.
Seeming they've bowled 28 overs of spin so far, and there hadn't been a boundary for 16 overs, and England don't have any left handers, I'm not sure how they haven't got through them.

And that was the first four that Poonam Yadav had conceded, from the penultimate ball of her 10 overs.

That's the first boundary since the 27th over!
A BOUNDARYYYYY! That's a shot!
The power that Alex Hartley talks about, well it comes to the fore from Sophie Ecclestone as she slog sweeps through mid-wicket for four.
England wouldn't mind a few more of those.

Every time England have tried to hit the accelerator, they seem to have lost a wicket which shows just how tricky batting has been today, and how well India have bowled.

Sophie Ecclestone can clear the ropes so I would imagine she's been sent in to play some shots.
Dunkley 21, Ecclestone 2
The last England boundary was now 15 overs ago. They are finding it tricky.
England's bowling line-up is top class, though. They will create opportunities on this wicket so they will just be looking to pick up as many as runs as possible.

Did the keeper take that ball in front of the stumps?
Sophie Ecclestone is the new batter. We've seen she's got the power to clear the boundary.

Another painfully slow delivery from Poonam Yadav, but it's a big breakthrough. Brunt came charging down the wicket trying to force some pace onto the ball.
Brunt st Bhatia b Poonam 6 (Eng 177-6)
Absolutely bamboozled.
Katherine Brunt was getting incredibly frustrated, and as she comes down the track, the googly deceives here, and spins in between bat and pad and Taniya Bhatia completes a simple stumping.

As you get older, it gets a bit harder to get yourself up off the floor.
Just four more singles.
Eight an over would get England to 228 here. Based on the last 10 overs, it is going to be incredibly hard to score at that.
Sneh Rana is back on.
