Good, sensible cricket from Nat Sciver as they on-drives for a single after the boundary. I don't want to put the mockers on her, but she's on 28 from 26 balls, and is looking good.

    Lovely shot!

Nat Sciver rocks back on the back foot, and punches it between cover and mid-off for her fourth boundary.

    That was superb placement.

India have used a lot of slow bowling today which tells you how they see the wicket to be playing.

There was no celebration from Harmanpreet Kaur after that wicket. Just a stern look on her face, almost as if to say "how dare you even try and slog sweep me".

Amy Jones blocks out her first ball.

Amy Jones, playing her 50th ODI, is the new batter.

Heather Knight has let all that pressure build and given her wicket away, she'll be very disappointed.

    Knight c Pandey b Kaur 46 (Eng 110-3)

You don't see Heather Knight throw starts away too often.

She looks to slog-sweep Harmanpreet Kaur, but hits it straight to Shikha Pandey at deep mid-wicket.

    Big wicket for India.

Sciver has looked fluent so far today.

    Oh, Shafali Verma!

She does so many good things, but this is awful.

Nat Sciver pulls through mid-wicket, and Verma gets there, gets her hand to the ball, but it seeps through and goes to the boundary.

    Thanks Ffion.

It has been tough going for England, but you get the feeling that Heather Knight and Nat Sciver are starting to find this a bit easier.

What sort of score will they be looking for? 240?

A few easy singles taken and the last ball of Rana's over is a quicker ball that stays very low and Sciver does well to get an edge on it.

England have set themselves a solid platform here, just in time for Callum Matthews to take you through what will hopefully be an exciting end to the innings.

Yes, there is that sort of look about them. They sort of look like the ones you'd get given for free in a bar.

    Knight 45, Sciver 17

Mithali Raj pulls off a full length dive to prevent what would have been a certain boundary. It's been said but India's fielding has been excellent.

Knight gets another reverse sweep away for three before cutting sweetly through point for four to bring up England's hundred.

India have built a lot of pressure here, but they need a find a way to get a mid-wicket into the circle, or it is going to be too easy for England to just pick up a single into there.

  18. Eng 94-2published at 22 overs

England continue to be happy to nudge and nurdle around for singles so India bring in another leg side fielder to counter them.

3000 ODI runs for Heather Knight. Not bad.

Pandey adjusts her line well to Knight for the rest of the over.
