At what point do England feel like this has got away from them? If they took both wickets now they'd need to score in excess of three an over. If India can bat for another 10, England would probably be looking at chasing 120-plus from 20, which would probably be too much.

33 overs remain, but that would become 31 for the change of innings.

I'd be doing the same as Bhatia if I was her. She's doing what her team needs, in fairness.

Yep, the India wicketkeeper is doing everything she can to hold the game up. The umpires have got together and told her that any more will result in five penalty runs to England. The irony being the giving of that warning wasted more time.

Taniya Bhatia has just asked the umpire for a drink. The umpire said 'no, you've just had tea'. Katherine Brunt walked over and said 'why are you saying that. I need a drink, I'm bowling, you don't need a drink'.

Now then. Taniya Bhatia is getting a telling off from the umpires...

It doesn't feel any different. The on-off, on-off situation really is so frustrating

Can someone go and steal that light meter off him?

  10. IndM 143-3published at 16:51 British Summer Time 19 June 2021

Michael Gough has his light meter out in Southampton. I'm starting to think it's a birthday present that he likes playing with. Hopefully the novelty will wear off soon. It goes back into his pocket. For now.

The wind has picked up in Southampton which may be a bad sign if a storm is indeed approaching.

It's been a good day for Indian cricket, hasn't it? As it stands the men are having the better of the WTC final and the women are saving the Test in Bristol.

It's intimidating when there's so many fielders round the bat.

England fielders crowd the bat. I feel like Sophie Ecclestone has been bowling for three days straight. Have they got one last push in them?

Sneh Rana is taking every opportunity to score, giving it some long handle when the chance arises. A half-volley from Ecclestone is whalloped through the covers for four. Rana has 40 and is saving this Test for India.

Trent Boult is recalled to the attack in Southampton. Virat Kohli, in a sleeveless sweater, twirls his bat and peers through his beard. The India skipper has been superb today.

There might be a lot of shoelacing in the next hour or so. India know that, as well as overs being ticked off, the light will draw in too.

38 left, less two for the change of innings. The last hour begins when we have 17 to go.

There is a loose shoelace in the India camp now - the umpire is monitoring that shoelace. I think the England fielders are bubbling up for some sledging too.
