England want this!
Taniya Bhatia hit on the front pad by Sophie Ecclestone.
Nothing doing. No reviews left. I think that was missing leg.

Every run feels absolutely massive here. First Sneh Rana guides Katherine Brunt behind square on the off side for four, then whips to the leg side for another boundary.
The lead grows...

Kohli gives Rahane a pat on the shoulder after the India vice-captain pulls for four. It's not often you outshine the great man but Rahane may be doing so here.
That's a meaty pull from Ajinkya Rahane, crunching Tim Southee to the deep square leg boundary. It's been stop-start stuff, but it feels like India's day.

Katherine Brunt after the break. Time is not the only issue for England. Every run India get makes the home chase harder. What could they get? 100 in 30?
England all-rounder Natalie Sciver: "Time keeps going but we keep chipping away. We're doing the job we're given; taking wickets immediately but not getting too frustrated when we don't get them.
"Heather asked me to play a holding role, no runs my end so Sophie can be the wicket-taker which she is. The partnership with the ball is so important.
"We'll see what happens after tea, we had a really good spell just before."

Players reappearing in Bristol too. England have 38 overs to force a result.
Two balls from Kyle Jamieson to complete an over. Kolhi is hit on the pad, but Jamieson's shout is very optimistic.

The players are on their way back out at Southampton. The weather radars suggest there could be a more substantial amount of rain here within half an hour.
Virat Kohli is shadow-batting his way to the crease. Ajinkya Rahane follows behind. How much cricket might we get?
All we need now is some cricketers. Apparently there's rain on the way. There are 39.2 overs left in the day.
Hovercover is coming off the pitch. I think we'll be getting some more cricket.

This looks to be a slow outfield in Southampton. I reckon India would have a few more runs on their total on many other grounds.
The umpires have wandered out and are now heading back towards the dressing rooms in Southampton.
Is that to tell the players we're starting again?

The covers are being rolled up...
Wait a second...
However, if the weather/light plays ball in Bristol, we could have a thriller on our hands. There are 40 overs left, less two for the change of innings. You'd think England would need to get these last two wickets in the next 12 or so.
Let's get the bad news out of the way first. It's dark in Southampton. Both the covers and the floodlights are on.
I'm not optimistic about the prospects for the rest of the day.
Will England take these two wickets fairly quickly and knock off the chase?
Over in Southampton, will Kohli and Rahane continue India's charge?
Or will rain in June ruin the evening session of both Tests?
Taking you through to the end of the day is Stephan Shemilt.
