Looking at the pitch I was tempted to come out of retirement. It is not surprising Australia are having a bowl.

There is more grass on the pitch than at the Gabba.

Australia captain Pat Cummins: "It feels like a bowling day. There is some good grass coverage. It doesn't mean we will bowl them out this morning.

"Scott Boland has been a seasoned performer here. We had earmarked him for a little while and a few injuries it made the decision a little easier. He is a fantastic option for us."

The debrief after Adelaide was an honest one. Any debrief you have has to be honest. So it wasn't out the norm. and similar to debriefs before albeit with extra focus because its the Ashes.. People will read into what they want to.
