That's a terrible shot from Khawaja. It's a shot of someone who is rattled.

It is strange to say when he scored a brilliant century in the first innings but Usman Khawaja looks unsettled early on here.
He attempts a pull/hack but misses, before he gets off the mark with a nudge off his hip after a sloppy bit of fielding from Dawid Malan.

Mark Wood has now got Marnus Labuschagne out three times in 52 balls for 17 runs. The rest of England's bowlers have got him out three times for 269 runs - and only one of those was another seamer.

Stuart Broad starts with a maiden after the interval.
Mark Wood went back over the boundary sponge for another photo in that over too. This series has been played in a really good manner.
Almost on cue, Mark Wood strides over the boundary, takes his sunglasses off, and has a photo with a couple of children.
A lovely bloke.

Mark Wood must be one of the nicest fast bowlers around.
It will be Stuart Broad from the other end.

That was a brute from Wood. It's the sort of thing England can expect from the Australians...
Yeesh! Usman Khawaja got a century in the first innings but cricket doesn't remember these things.
His first delivery rises from a length and smashes into his top hand as he gets on toes to defend. Ouch! The next ball rises through to Ollie Pope too.
Superb from Mark Wood. He's starting to get the rewards his bowling in this series has deserved.

All England can do is keep chipping away. Labuschagne is crawling off.

That's three times in three innings that Wood has disposed of Labuschagne. Labuschagne had changed his stand for Wood, forcing him to try and bowl wider, but this one was a little short and Labuschagne was forced to play a cut shot that was too close to him.

Another catch for Pope! There was a little bit of bounce and Pope was in absolutely the right place to take the catch. It really climbed on Labuschagne.
Labuschagne c Pope b Wood 29 (Aus 68-3)
Mark Wood has got Marnus Labuschagne again! The England bowler has got Australia's number three caught behind in three successive innings now.
It is a fairly wide and short from Wood, but because Labuschagne has moved across the crease in this innings to try and negate the issue, the ball is too close to cut and he edges through to Ollie Pope.
Another good catch for the stand-in Pope too.

I just did my first radio phone-in during the break. I really enjoyed it!
It will be Mark Wood after the interval.
He bowled well again in his first spell.
The players and umpires are starting to make their way back out to the middle for the afternoon session.
It has got a bit more cloudy over the interval, but they are still largely white in nature. But the storm could be on its way.

Duncan Mitchell: It beggars belief that this bowling attack didn’t play at Brisbane. By far the best combination.
