Clark has been excellent so far in the field but like an aeroplane that ball took off and he has misjudged it.

Shot! Duckett sweeps firmly out to the boundary, it's hit very hard and probably should've been caught but the fielder has misjudged it and come in too far from the edge.

No bother for Duckett, it's four and that's all that counts.

Leus du Plooy smacked a few on Saturday so he'll need to do the same tonight and keep Ben Duckett company.

Jonny Bairstow's Test call up has seriously impacted Welsh Fire's batting.

Very good from Sam Billings. He knows Glenn Phillips doesn't score as freely against spin and he goes to his two trump cards - Sunil Narine and Tabraiz Shamsi. The pressure had built on Phillips and he was forced to play that rash shot.

    Phillips b Shamsi 8 (Fire 53-3)

No fireworks from Phillips tonight. He made eight from 11 balls and looked to be getting a bit frustrated, taking a big heave and completely missing.

Henry mentions Narine's untucked shirt but it's also really creased - it's comforting to know I'm not the only one who can never be bothered with the ironing.

Anyway, back to the cricket and Duckett smashes the last ball of his set for four. He'll want more of those.

Narine, shirt untucked, almost looks like he's been forced against his will to play this game.

But he is so effective and does such a good job. He has been such a key component of sides.

Watching Sunil Narine bowl is so fun, he bowls with his hand behind his back so the bowler can't see the ball and you never really know what he's going to come up with.

  11. Fire 39-2published at Ball 30

South Africa's Tabraiz Shamsi bowls a couple of balls that drop short, but he's well backed up by his fielders who pull out a few diving stops on the boundary.

Fire could do with them missing a few...

The Oval is pretty much full. There are a couple of empty seats but not many.

The end of the powerplay and you'd say Oval Invincibles are on top with those two quick wickets. There's a lot of support out there for them, too.

It sounds like London Spirit head coach Shane Warne, who has tested positive for Covid-19, is feeling better.

Tom Curran is still backing himself to pull off the karate kid headband.

Other than Duckett's four, it's a decent first five from him.

  17. Fire 25-2published at Ball 17

A lovely bit of timing from Duckett gets him four. It wasn't much more than a nudge but the fielders can't catch it.

Pressure on Welsh Fire now after that excellent five from Topley.

We haven't seen it in The Hundred yet but Glenn Phillips really can whack it, and they'll need him to send a few flying into the stands tonight.

It is good work from Topley. He has long limbs so if anyone was going to get there it would be him.

Cobb thought his bat was grounded but he was looking at the ball.
