It looks like a pure lack of concentration from Cobb whose bat was down, he goes for a little wander out of his crease not realising that Topley had touched the ball.
A bizarre dismissal, really.

Saqib Mahmood comes on to bowl and immediately gets really good pace, beating Tom Banton by almost slicing him in half. Luckily for Banton it evades everything and dribbles away for four.
And follows it up with a four! Not a bad start from Cobb, that sounded lovely off the bat.
