Match Hero Samit Patel, speaking to Sky Sports, said: "It was pretty good win for us. It's good to get some momentum and win four from five.
"Our batters got off to a good start and we kept it going. We played some strong shots and tried be positive.
"During the timeout in their innings we knew we'd target them ten balls from this end and try to kill the game, it worked well with how Wahib Riaz bowled. I think we restricted them really well."

Welsh Fire are second from bottom in the men's table, ahead of the winless London Spirit.

The pressure got to a young Welsh Fire team. It would have been interesting to see how it would have played out if Wahib Riaz was bowling for Welsh Fire at the end instead. There's lots of things their players can learn from the way Trent Rockets went about this win.
Trent Rockets won that with 10 balls to spare.
Samit Patel finishes it off with a six!
That takes Trent Rockets to the top of the men's table.

Rewind to Wahib Riaz's spell for Trent Rockets. He broke the back of the momentum of Welsh Fire. You compare that to what we are seeing now from Welsh Fire and it's chalk and cheese.

Milnes lands this one, and Lewis Gregory batters a single away.

Lewis Gregory is a quality cricketer. I have played with and against him. Welsh Fire lost it when there was that drop off Jimmy Neesham, then the no-ball, and they all look very deflated.
And again!
Oh no...

That's a huge wide from Matthew Milnes...

Shot!
Big full toss from Milnes, and Gregory absolutely pummels it for four. Game over?
13 runs needed
Another huge swing of the bat from Lewis Gregory, and it just clears the ropes at deep mid-wicket!
That takes it down to a run a ball.
19 runs needed
Matthew Milnes returns... oh, and Jimmy Neesham pulls off a terrific sliding stop on the boundary to save four runs!
Excellent.
Rockets 117-4
Just two runs for Lewis Gregory as he gets underneath a yorker.

No excuse for a no-ball, keep your foot behind the line it's as simple as that. It was perfect execution to a balanced field but it's a big no-ball.
There's been a lot of pitch invasions in the men's Hundred so far. Not a great look.

We have a delay. Someone from the crowd has ran the entirety of the pitch before getting rugby tackled, in true Welsh style, upon reaching the players' dugout.
