I know Carter is tall but that ball has really bounced. He is having a very good tournament.

Narine c & b Carter 1 (Invincibles 45-2)
Matt Carter does what he does and strikes second ball.
Carter is very tall, about 6ft 7", and he gets extra bounce and that combined with his extra pace at around 60mph surprises Sunil Narine, who gets in a tangle and ends up looping a return catch to Carter.
Time for a bit more spin in the shape of Matt Carter.
Thump!
Timm van der Gugten goes short and Jason Roy just pumps him to the square leg boundary.
Don't bowl there Timm.

That was coolly taken from Dawid Malan who had seen two catches go down.
Jacks c Malan b Van der Gugten 13 (Invincibles 39-1)
They have caught one!
Dawid Malan is by no means the best fielder in the England changing room, but he makes this look simple.
Timm van der Gugten forces Will Jacks to go deep into his crease and he can't quite clear Malan at long-off.
Rockets needed that.

It goes from bad to worse.
You have GOT to catch these!
Jason Roy clips one straight to Rashid Khan at deep mid-wicket, but the Afghanistan bowler ends of slipping as he looks to take the catch and it just fumbles out.
These are big misses.

That is a big hit. Van der Gugten is not enjoying himself too much.
Oh. My. Word. This is huge!
Jason Roy takes a step down the pitch and just whacks Timm van der Gugten about 15 rows back over long on.
Massive.
Timm van der Gugten now gets the chance to redeem himself with the ball.
His first ball will be the final ball of the powerplay...

That was never an easy catch. I think it went up into the flight path.
Henry Moeran

It was one of those that never looked like it was going to stick.
Oh no!
Will Jacks top edges straight up and Timm van der Gugten, who is back into the side tonight, just doesn't judge it right, and ends up having to back peddle, rather than being able to set himself, and the ball pops out.
That could be a costly drop.
Four more.
Will Jacks throws his hands at it and slices it over point and away to the boundary.
Time for a bit of pace.
Sam Cook, making his Hundred debut, is on.

We thought the wicket might be a bit slow but it looks to be skidding on. We might see a few runs scored.
How has that missed!?!
Rashid Khan hurries Jason Roy with a quicker one, and the right-hander gets a thick edge over the stumps and it cannons into Tom Moores leg behind the stumps.
That's a life.
