Jodi S: Took my 2 children to the Ageas Bowl y'day. Rain affected but not to same extent as today. Daughter (11) not a fan before despite my MANY efforts. She now loves it, 2 great games and simplified 'balls/runs remaining' scoring & scoreboard meant she could access it

Footballers and rugby players have much bigger studs than cricketers. If it is wet and slippy it is not very nice as a fast bowler.

Random Bloke: If it's only the outfield that is damp why can't the players wear studs, footballers and rugby players can play without abnormal risk of injury.

    Jason Roy v Alex Hales

    Sam Billings v Dawid Malan

    Tabraiz Shamsi v Rashid Khan

Those are three key players for each side and those match-ups could go a long way to deciding this 65-ball game.

It should be fast and furious. Strap yourself in.

  19. Last time outpublished at 20:14 British Summer Time 8 August 2021

There were contrasting fortunes for these two sides last time out.

Despite posting 172-3 - the second highest score in the tournament so far - the Invincibles were humbled by the Birmingham Phoenix thanks to some explosive hitting from Moeen Ali in particular.

Phoenix completed a record chase in the competition with six balls to spare.

Rockets on the other hand got back on the winning trail thanks to an explosive 20-ball 46 from all-rounder Samit Patel.

Patel carried them over the line as they chased 140 with 10 balls to spare against Welsh Fire.

During the delay Oval Invincibles coach Tom Moody spoke to Sky Sports about how he's found The Hundred so far. Here's what he had to say...

"Going into the tournament we thought the par score would be 143, so far it has been 141 so we've been pretty close with that.

"I don't use the notepad in T20 cricket. I am familiar with the rhythm of the game. This format I am still learning about the rhythm. It is so I can provide the right information to the middle. It is more to do with this being new for me.

"It doesn't matter format you are in, you are always growing and learning. I am lucky to have a dressing room with a lot of experience."
