The squeeze is on.
Just a well-run two and leg bye from Shadab Khan's first over means just six runs from the last two overs.
Pressure building.
Haris Rauf came on to find a breakthrough. He did that and now he is off.
Leggie Shadab Khan is on.

New Zealand are trying to feel their way into this tournament. It's evenly poised.
Really good over from Imad Wasim with just three singles off it.
He's 0-16 from his three overs.

That last delivery was 92mph.
Kane Williamson is up and running straight away with a single, before flicking the final ball of the over past short fine leg and away to the boundary.
Haris Rauf covers his face in disappointment. Does he think he's unlucky that hasn't been caught or is he angry at himself?
Powerplay over. Honours even.
New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson is the new batter.

Guptill was definitely limping as he went off. The physio went straight to him as he came up the stairs.

That was on the cards - quick, fast, and Guptill had no idea.
Guptill b Rauf 17 (NZ 36-1)
Bowled him!
Haris Rauf's first ball is a 93mph yorker that goes in between Martin Guptill's pads. Rauf follows him second ball again, as Guptill looks to back away to leg, and the back cannons off the back thigh pad onto the stumps.
Pakistan needed that breakthrough. New Zealand were starting to accelerate.
Double change for Pakistan with Haris Rauf replacing Imad Wasim.

Guptill looks like he's seeing the ball really well.
This is becoming a trend at the moment. Pakistan just can't get out of their overs.
After conceding that six first ball Hassan Ali had come back well with just three singles from four balls, but then he drops short and wide and Martin Guptill thumps the ball to the point boundary.
Oh, no. It is a no-ball too. A massive one.
The free hit is a good delivery though and Guptill can only work it for a single.

New Zealand, who have weathered the early storm, can enjoy a little bit of a respite and perhaps see that scoreboard moving.
Welcome Hassan Ali!
The pace bowler replaces Shaheen Shah Afridi and Daryl Mitchell, opening for the first time in more than 100 T20 games, plants him over long-on.

It's an interesting pitch they're playing on. It's one of those that looks like a mirror.
Argh! Babar Azam will be tearing his hair out. Again Imad Wasim bowls a tight over but Martin Guptill manages to pick up a boundary from the final ball of the over.
This time it was a misfield from Shoaib Malik too. Sloppy that really.

A dot ball to end the over.
Good start for Pakistan this.
