  1. Eng 166-4published at 20 overs

Morgan slices it. Glenn Phillips comes running in from the boundary rope and is odds on to take the grab. But the fielder, who earlier fell over the advertising boards while trying to stop a boundary, comically slips and ends up on his backside as he fumbles the catch.

So there we have it. England end on 166-4.

New Zealand will need 167 runs to beat England and book their spot in the Twenty20 World Cup final.

  2. Eng 164-4published at 19.5 overs

It's short from Neesham. Morgan miscues a pull to short fine leg and Trent Boult parries the ball towards square leg instead of fielding cleanly. Morgan takes two.

One more to come. Can Morgan clear the rope?

  3. Eng 162-4published at 19.4 overs

Morgan's first delivery is a wide outside the off stump. A freebie for England.

  4. Eng 161-4published at 19.4 overs

Moeen misses out. It's a leg-side delivery and Moeen should be clearing the ropes but it's just the one.

It's a quality knock. He has motored on nicely.

  6. Eng 161-4published at 19.3 overs

A low full toss and Moeen Ali clobbers it the boundary for four! And in doing so, he brings up his half-century off 36 balls.

It wasn't a difficult catch, and that is a blow for England. He hit it pretty well but not with the power or elevation that we've seen.

  9. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 19.2 overs

    Livingstone c Santner b Neesham 17 (Eng 156-4)

Gone! Livingstone hits it reasonably well but holes out at long-off. Santner moves slightly to his left and takes a simple grab.

Eoin Morgan will come in next but the batters crossed so Moeen will be on strike.

What can England get here to get themselves into Sunday's final?

  11. Eng 156-3published at 19.1 overs

Jimmy Neesham bowls the final over. Moeen can only manage a single.

I think England have played this perfectly - this will take some getting. And is there a more important person to England's men's team than Moeen Ali?

    Alex

  13. Eng 155-3published at 19 overs

    Keep us updated, Adam.

Moeen (which could end up being the babe name) is deceived by a slow bouncer and then drives into the off side for a single.

It hasn't been the most fluent innings from England but they're in this game. Can they end it well? Six more balls to go.

Hoping to get the end of the innings in before we go into theatre for a C-section! England's match-winner could be in for being named after if we have a boy.

  15. Eng 153-3published at 18.3 overs

Too much width from Trent Boult. Livingstone does not hit it cleanly but still finds the gap at long-off.

  16. Eng 149-3published at 18.2 overs

A single to Moeen and a misfield in the deep allows Livingstone to take two.

Livingstone put everything into that shot. The bat swing was almost 360.

That's what Livingstone was looking to do! Jason Roy has managed a smile sat in the dug out.

  19. Eng 146-3published at 18 overs

But he connects with this one! My word. In the slot and Livingstone powerfully drives back past the bowler's head and well over the rope.

England hoping for two huge overs to end this innings.

  20. Eng 140-3published at 17.5 overs

Would you rather give a best man's speech or watch England v New Zealand in a World Cup semi-final? I know which one I'd choose.

Livingstone throws the kitchen sink at a wide delivery but can't connect.
