Great bowling. Reece Topley backs away and Lungi Ngidi follows him and leaves his flat on the turf.
Topley slices down to third for a single before Adil Rashid keeps the strike after pushing into point.
England are hitting boundaries and then getting caught far too often this summer...

Unlucky for Ngidi, there was a swipe, an edge and the ball went over De Kock's head. A wild mow, a bit of a haymaker from Rashid.
A big ol' swipe from Adil Rashid brings him four.
It is lucky as it flashes just over Quinton de Kock's head.

I'm looking to my left and they're very carefully constructing their first beer snake.
Adil Rashid works a single off Dwaine Pretorius before a leg-side wide adds another to the total.
Reece Topley blocks out the extra ball.
Pretorius finishes with 4-36.

Willey thumps his bat twice there with a clenched fist and then hits his pad with his bat. He didn't get it out of the middle of the bat and it's a simple catch at deep mid-wicket.
Willey c Klaasen b Pretorius 21 (Eng 191-9)
Less smart.
David Willey tries to go again, but to the big leg-side boundary, and hits straight to Heinrich Klaasen on the mid-wicket boundary.
England are in real danger of not batting out the overs.

Launched for six over long-off, it felt like it was the right time and it's a good clubbing blow from Willey.
That'll help.
David Willey waits for the slower ball and slaps Dwaine Pretorius over long-off for six.
It is smart cricket because the man is up at mid-off.

Jonathan France: Add Curran to the brainless category. 14 off three then straight down long-off's throat. What’s wrong with working it around & taking 18 off the over? Buttler has A LOT of work to do with this ODI & T20 side!

The target for England will be 200, let's see if they can get up to that in the next three overs. The cricket has been good and South Africa look very energised.
England are closing in on actually batting out their 29 overs. It didn't feel that likely at times.
They take five off Lungi Ngidi's latest over.
Can they get up and beyond 200 from the remaining three overs?

It's a very grey early evening here in Manchester. There's a chance rain could ruin things, unfortunately. There is quite a lot of it on the radar.
Here are the three successive sixes that Liam Livingstone hit off Anrich Nortje.
He hit the next ball for four, which is great fun, but he was then out next ball. Less good.
A really good over for England, with 11 coming off it.
Anrich Nortje has been expensive - he's gone for 52 off five overs.
Liam Livingstone did climb into him I suppose.

Short, he swivelled and played it from his hip. It's been an entertaining innings from England this, there's been a lot going on.
Every run is going to be crucial for England here.
Anrich Nortje strays onto the hip of David Willey and he whips behind square and away to the boundary.
Nortje has now gone for 49 off 4.3 overs. He's been expensive.

Five overs to go. If England can bat them out.
