    Alsop targets mid-wicket again and Feroze Khushi is unable to hang onto a diving boundary catch - four more to the Sharks.

    Sussex collect an overthrow as Dan Sams' throw ricochets off the stumps and strikes Rossington a painful blow. Treatment is needed.

    And in the end, it was all over in a hurry, with a big win for the Birmingham Bears.

    Sam Hain hit an unbeaten 112 and Adam Hose 88 not out as the Bears posted a T20 Blast record 261-2 from their 20 overs.

    Notts got their chase off to a flying start despite losing Alex Hales early, and 86 from Joe Clarke gave them a chance.

    But Danny Briggs removed Tom Moores and Steven Mullaney in successive balls as the Outlaws slipped from 170-3 to 206 all out.

    The batter was not happy with the decision, having moved outside off stump, but his 32-ball knock, which included five sixes and five fours, is over.

    A comfortable win for Yorkshire too at Chester-le-Street, built on a stunning first-wicket stand of 105 off 50 balls between Adam Lyth (81) and Finn Allen (48).

    Tom Kohler-Cadmore also hit 48 in Yorkshire's 201-5, a total that proved far too much for Durham as Jack Shutt took 4-35.

    Ollie Robinson top scored for Durham with 44 in their 136-8.

    West Country bragging rights go the way of Somerset after an ultimately comfortable enough seven-run win over Gloucestershire.

    After being 1-1 after two overs, Somerset eeked their way to 184-6 thanks to an unbeaten 60 from Lewis Gregory and 54 from Rilee Roussouw.

    A sixth-wicket stand of 62 between Ryan Higgins and Benny Howell gave Gloucestershire hope but ultimately needing 24 off the final over - and 14 off the last ball - proved too much.
