Ireland made the perfect start to this game when Mark Adair trapped George Munsey for one.
Scotland have recovered well, though.
That's a good shot, too. Michael Jones whips the ball off his pads for a one-bounce far to bring up the Scotland fifty.
Barry McCarthy is 0-26 from his two overs so far.
Shot! Barry McCarthy goes for the short ball but Michael Jones stays tall and pulls away for six!
Time for a bit of spin as Gareth Delany comes into the attack. His second ball is a touch full and Michael Jones plays a lovely lofted drive over mid-off for four.
Scotland reach will 39-1 at the end of the powerplay, which I think they will be reasonably satisfied with.
Matthew Cross makes the most of his reprieve, smashing Mark Adair away to deep mid-wicket for a one-bounce four.
Chance....but put down!
Matthew Cross skips down the track and absolutely hammers the ball straight to Andy Balbirnie at cover, but it pops out of his hands.
Big chance for Ireland.
Now Michael Jones gets in on the act as he pulls Josh Little away for four through fine leg.
Ouch, that's a painful one for umpire Kumar Dharmasena, who cannot get out of the way as Scotland attempt a shy at the stumps and the ball smacks into his shin.
Dharmasena is all smiles afterwards though, he is made of tough stuff.
Nine off the over for Scotland, who are ticking along nicely.
Matthew Cross looks in good touch as he punishes a loose over from Barry McCarthy, hitting three fours.
The first is a whip off the pads through backward square, the second a front foot pull through mid-wicket and the third an uppish cut through third man.
Good comeback from Scotland after a nervy opening two overs.
Matthew Cross is the new batter and gets off the mark with an on drive. Michael Jones then attempts a risky pull that lands just short of the fielder running in from the mid-wicket boundary.
It has been a nervy start by Scotland.

It looked out. It's not a great decision from Kumar Dharmasena, I'm afraid.
Munsey lbw b Adair 1 (Sco 1-1)
What a start for Ireland as Mark Adair strikes with his first ball!
George Munsey again looks to clip the ball into the leg-side but his smacked on the pads by the swinging ball.
Kumar Dharmasena says not out but the decision is overturned on review - it was hitting middle and leg.
Ireland are jubilant and Munsey has to go!
Left-armer Josh Little opens the bowling for Ireland and it is a good start, with just the one run off it. George Munsey gets off the mark with a nudge off the pads into the leg-side.
