That was very nicely put away. He gets a punch on the gloves from his captain.
Haris Rauf is the new bowler and his first ball is smashed away through mid-wicket for four by Phil Salt.
Good shot.
Rauf's skipper Babar isn't happy.
Listen to that noise as Shaheen Afridi delivers again.

I can't see if it's raining or not. I don't think it is and the umbrellas have gone down again.
Phil Salt has clubbed that back down the ground, it smacks into Shaheen Afridi and rebounds to the fielder at mid-on and England run a single.
I think (I hope) the rain has eased.

Pakistan have taken the slip out for Phil Salt. I'm not sure about that, he is a fella just trying to find his way again after a lack of cricket. He's bound to be nervous.
Jos Buttler is in the mood.
It is slightly overpitched by Shaheen Afridi and Buttler clips the ball through mid-wicket and the ball trundles away for four.

Phil Salt has been saved by a fraction.
The ball would have gone on to hit the stumps but the impact was umpires call, so Phil Salt survives.
It took a while to come to that decision, which is not what you need when you are trying to get a game in with rain on its way.

Pakistan only have a 20% success rate for their bowling reviews.
It was hard to tell what this was.
A huge roar goes up as Shaheen Afridi steams in to bowl.
Phil Salt, perhaps wisely, is watchful first up. The next delivery is a low full toss that smacks him on the thigh pad.
Shaheen Afridi goes up, the umpire says no. Pakistan send it upstairs.

That feeling of managing hope and apprehension as England chase a below par score in a vital game...hello old friend.

Umbrellas are going up.
It is quite hard to see it - it is only when the cameras go directly up against the floodlights you can see it.
We need to get to 10 overs to get a game, so the umpires will look to keep them out there as long as possible.
Naseem Shah is wayward again, this time to new batter Phil Salt and he helps the ball off his pads fine around the corner for four.
A single makes it 14 off the over. Naseem Shah shakes his head.

Here comes the rain...
It is light rain at the moment. You can see it in the floodlights.

It's raining. It's only light.

This is not what you want from Naseem Shah after you've just taken a wicket.
He is basically bowling long half-volleys.

That was perfectly placed by Jos Buttler. He just pushed the ball really.
The initiative of the game in T20 cricket goes back and forth so quickly. One minute you're waving your flag and the next you are rolling it back up again.
Naseem Shah opens at the other end - and that is a good counter punch from Jos Buttler as he drives twice through the covers for back-to-back boundaries.
What a superb start to this innings this has been.
