SA 82-0
Super knock by Laura Wolvaardt, a half-century from 41 balls, full of shots for the highlights (which you can see on the iPlayer from 7am tomorrow morning).
South Africa are in this game.
SA 78-0
Chance. A tough chance, but a chance.
Off-spinner Charlie Dean's first ball, Andrie Steyn jamming down on a full one. It's a thick edge, bouncing off the gloves.
It would have been a very, very good catch.

England need to chop and change. I wouldn't give them too long with any bowler. I wouldn't let them settle with one pace or one particular bowler. I'd be a bit unconventional at times. Try and make somebody do something against what their natural strength is.

A few hands on heads after that Ecclestone ball.
Ecclestone, the left-armer, is appealing when Steyn digs out a fuller, quicker one. It did hit the pad, but not before a healthy bit of inside edge. Ecclestone has immediately changed the game. Neither of the South Africans look as comfortable against her.
Here comes Sophie Ecclestone. The fact she's bowling in shades tells you how daft it is to have the floodlights on in Bristol.

South Africa are actually 9 runs ahead of where England were after the powerplay.
Wolvaardt 46, Steyn 20
Sophie Ecclestone is getting loose. Quite right too. In the World Cup semi between these sides she took six wickets, the second best figures by an England woman in an ODI.

Wolvaardt sped to 41 from 30 without looking like she's really taken any risks.
A splendid 10 overs for South Africa. They have definitely not given up hope.

It provided a bit of width for Wolvaardt which is trademark batting for her.
Laura Wolvaardt wields her bat like a Musketeer brandishing a sword. This latest drive, off Bell, is sent through point with a flourish. Then four more, this time through gully. I'm trying to think of a more aesthetically pleasing batter in the world. Struggling. South Africa's powerplay by miles.

A very accomplished shot from Wolvaardt, South Africa have started very well here.
Target 338
Started with a four, ended with a four. Wolvaardt whips the last ball of the over through square leg. Wong's first set costs 10. Wolvaardt is flying. This is one of her earlier boundaries
Welcome to ODI cricket.
Wong's first ball is punched off the back foot, Tendulkar-esque, by Wolvaardt. Four more.
Right then, Issy Wong.
Steyn 16, Wolvaardt 28
This is good from Lauren Bell. Her control has been impressive, posing more problems than the experienced Sciver. The first maiden of the innings.

The boundaries and coming thick and fast here. South Africa are fighting back!
Target 338
This isn't me being wise after the event, because I didn't like it when I saw it the other day, but I'm not sure about Nat Sciver opening the bowling for England. She's taking more tap here, driven for four by each of Steyn and Wolvaardt. Sciver has gone for 28 in her four overs.
Target 39-0
