Lovely, elegant shot from Laura Wolvaardt. She is so strong through that area.
Target 338
Having a flat that overlooks a cricket ground must be great, except for the chance of a broken window. Taunton and Chelmsford have a similar set-up. There must be loads of other examples at club grounds. Dan Lawrence grew up on a cricket ground because his dad was the groundsman and lived there. Harry Brook's nan's house overlooks his old club. He still take his washing to her.
Wolvaardt again. This time driving Bell through the covers with one of her trademark strokes. She's batting like Bradman's daughter.

I feel England are just concentrating on the fact Laura Wolvaardt is so strong through the off side and almost forgetting she has a leg-side game as well.
Laura Wolvaardt would probably open the batting in a World XI. A murderous pull at a Sciver short ball follows a dreamy straight drive up towards the flats. I once put out a request to visit one of those flats when England men played an ODI at Bristol. Got myself inside. Very lovely it was too.

Steyn got a little fortunate there. The big drive very nearly brought rewards for England.
Target 338
A touch of width from Bell, allowing Steyn to slash wide of the sole slip for four. Issy Wong, sliding on her belly, can't prevent the boundary. When Bell goes straighter, Steyn gets into an awful position with an attempted backfoot punch and is lucky not to present an edge.

Target 338
Sciver, predominantly an outswing bowler, has two slips for this pair of right-handers. Wolvaardt, owner of a cover drive so beautiful it should be hung in the Louvre, eases one through the off side for a couple, then drills past mid-on for four. Gorgeous.

This is going to be a good battle between Lauren Bell and Laura Wolvaardt.
Wolvaardt is probably the prettiest cover driver in women's cricket, she is so dominant in that area. But to play an in-swinging bowler through that area is extremely tough.
One to watch.
Target 338
Bell is about the tallest cricketer going around the women's game anywhere in the world. Her shirt is always untucked. There is that one that drifts down the leg side, which Laura Wolvaardt tickles fine. When Bell oversteps for a no-ball, Wolvaardt only gets fresh air with a swipe at the free hit.
Target 338
Lauren Bell with her first bowl in an ODI. Mainly an inswing bowler, she'll have to be careful not to drift down the leg side.
Target 338
Nat Sciver with the first over, rather than one of England's debutants. There's a lovely away-nipper past the edge of Andrie Steyn, who has tucked a couple off her pads and pinched a single on the leg side.
Cheers, Tom. For South Africa, a win would mean the small matter of making the highest total in the second innings of a women's ODI.
The sun is out, a good pitch, an inexperienced attack....
The England team gathered in a brief huddle before sprinting onto the field. They look up for this.
It is time for me to take a break however and leave you in the capable hands of Stephan Shemilt, who will guide you through the start of South Africa's reply.
Sophia Dunkley was caught in the deep off the final ball of the innings for 107 but the damage was done.
England reaching 337-5 to set South Africa an imposing victory target of 338.
Nat Sciver was eventually dismissed for 63, but Sophia Dunkley went on to secure her first ODI century.
Some of their hitting was incredible, including this outrageous six from Sophia Dunkley.
That only brought Nat Sciver and Sophia Dunkley to the crease and after a brief mid-innings lull they really started to turn the screw, reaching their half-century within six balls of each other.
After a century in the first ODI Emma Lamb was once again sensational, hitting 67 from 65 balls before lofting a filthy full toss Chloe Tryon straight to short fine leg.
Tryon removed Tammy Beaumont too after the England opener lofted the ball straight to mid-off.
They all count.
Let's have a quick recap of that England innings.
Tammy Beaumont and Emma Lamb kicked things off, putting on an opening stand of 127.
