  1. Ind 128-6published at 34.4 overs

Charlie Dean is yet to find her range as she drops another delivery in too short. Pooja Vastrakar goes for a cross-batted smack down the ground and the ball squeezes past the diving fielder at mid-off and away for four.

Not the best first ball from Charlie Dean, which is unlike her. She's changed ends and just strays in her line. Not what you want when your captain brings you on, a half-volley down the leg side.

  3. Ind 123-6published at 34.1 overs

Charlie Dean returns and her first ball is a bit of a loosener, allowing Deepti Sharma to sweep away for four.

In the last game, I felt England were missing someone like Freya Davies who could just string a few dots together, even if she doesn't have the pace of others.

  5. Ind 119-6published at 34 overs

The Mexican wave has started at Lord's, which is adding to a vibrant atmosphere as the sun reappears from behind the clouds overhead.

Freya Davies is back into the attack for her sixth over of the match.

Just three singles off it, plus a wonderful delivery that shapes away from Deepti Sharma and beats the outside edge.

A high risk shot from Deepti Sharma but something needed to happen because Sophie Ecclestone has got this ball on a string.

Ecclestone gets through her over quickly and that just doesn't allow the batters to settle and communicate.

  8. Ind 115-6published at 32.5 overs

    That will relieve some pressure.

Deepti Sharma gets down on one knee and plays a lovely paddle shot around the corner for four.

England have got the squeeze on, they've had a really good couple of overs. India need to push the singles and rotating the strike because if they just sit in there and lose a wicket, they've gone absolutely nowhere.

  10. Ind 111-6published at 32 overs

'Good work Kempy' is the shout from Amy Jones behind the stumps.

Good work indeed. Just the single from that over.

England really putting the squeeze on now - just six runs scored from the last five overs.

They've not really got their communication going in the middle and Sharma keeps having to send Vastrakar back.

  12. Ind 110-6published at 31.1 overs

And that is what happens when you apply pressure.

The two batters get into a mix-up thinking about a single and Pooja Vastrakar has to scramble back into her crease to avoid a run out.

Sophie Ecclestone has probably had a bit more tap than she's used to, India have tried to put some pressure on the world number one bowler but she's shown us today why she is number one is T20 and ODI cricket.

Sophie Ecclestone's bowling: 3% full, 97% good length and 0% short. 6 overs, 1 maidens, went for 15 runs, took 1 wickets with an economy of 2.50.
  14. Ind 110-6published at 31 overs

A brilliant over from Sophie Ecclestone, including a gem of a delivery that just beats the outside edge of Pooja Vastrakar's bat.

    England cranking up the pressure.

India's main task will be to bat out the overs, get to 200, and then Jhulan Goswami will want to steam in and try and win the game for India.

They all go down as a wicket in the scorebook.

Kate Cross took the key wicket of Smriti Mandhanan in unusual fashion, but was richly deserved for a superb spell of bowling.

Amy Jones... every drinks break she uses to 'spend a penny'. I don't know if it's superstition.

  19. drinks break

    Drinks breakpublished at 30 overs

    Ind 110-6

Freya Kemp has been much better in her second spell, causing new batter Pooja Vastrakar all sorts of problems outside her off stump.

It's time for drinks - and I suspect India will be grateful for the break as England were starting to press home their advantage.

  20. Ind 108-6published at 29.1 overs

Freya Kemp gets one to jag back in to Deepti Sharma and is convinced she has her lbw. The umpire says no and Amy Jones declines the review despite Kemp's protestations.

The replay showed impact was umpires call - but it would have hit the stumps.
